But then it had a major mechanical failure and caused a flood in my basement. Even with the drains there was so much water leaked that it made flood damage a foot off the ground. Walls were damaged, flooring was damaged, and it was awful. That is you made it all go away. I would have never imagined to repairing it would be easy.
The mold infestation freaked me out. But, the SERVPRO technician answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease.
