In 2008 SERVPRO of Chesterfield Wildwood handled the pack out, water and mold remediation and building restoration for 24 retail tenants in our Florissant, MO shopping center that was flooded by Cold Water Creek. The entire 186,000 square foot retail shopping center was flooded from 6 to 24 inches displacing 24 retail businesses.  Mike Williams brought in other SERVPRO franchises to supplement their crew for this massive project.  The Williams brothers are mold remediation experts and they passed every inspection from City authorities to insurance companies. They handled all of the paperwork and FEMA documentation and supervised every crew on the jobsite.  They know how to handle large claims. Very thankful for them getting us through such a tight spot. 

SERVPRO took care of a mold problem we had. The crew was very kind and made sure all my questions were answered!  The process was smooth and they made it easy for me to stay on track while this was happening. 

The team did a great job of fogging our restaurant.  Our goal was to keep our team members and customers safe from COVID-19.  SERVPRO was thorough and efficient!

I’ve used Mike and his crew for three floods now (yes, I said three! Lol) and each and every time I’ve called he’s always been ready to go whenever/wherever I’ve asked.
