From the time the guys got to our house to the last time they came to check on the humidity levels they have been nothing but professional. I've made comment to the owner that for the ages of all the guys I couldn't believe their work ethic and professionalism. We had a pipe burst overnight in our upstairs bathroom. The water damage was extensive. Called SERVPRO in the morning and they were onsite within the hour. They were so quick to help with the water cleanup, setting up drying equipment, demolition of flooring, walls and ceiling of our home. The guys helped pack up our personal items and furniture. I was so grateful. The entire team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help out in every way. The entire team is a class act! Easy to work with and dependable!

We reported the damage to our insurance and they sent out SERVPRO. They arrived first thing the next morning and started drying out the attic. They took out all the wet insulation and trapped the roof and attic and came by every day until it was dry and then sprayed mold retardent. The crew was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Totally cleaned up after themselves. We decided to use them for the repairs to the roof and damage inside. Once the insurance paid off, they fixed our roof with a very fast, efficient crew. Then within a week another crew came in and fixed the hole in the ceiling and painted. Our roof looks like nothing ever happened. The inside looks fantastic. There crews are so polite efficient and make sure there is no mess. A very big thanks!

I am very satisfied with the work that SERVPRO did in replacing my shingles. The inspection and proposal phase was done with a high level of courtesy and explained in a very understandable way. The execution of the work was done exactly how the work was explained. The Crew Leader was always very professional, responsive and available as needed. The Crew Leader and the crew were very productive and efficient with high regard to my property. I want to especially want to recognize the crew for both their safety (fall protection and personnel care) and high regard for daily sanitation. There was no trace of refuse, left over materials or tools at the completion of the work. Just an excellently done job. I will for sure be recommending SERVPRO of St Cloud in the future.
