Lance Bortot
Lance is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of New Brighton & East Roseville.
Before joining SERVPRO, Lance was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army, stationed in Anchorage, Alaska for eight years. Lance also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from St. Mary's University of Minnesota
Lance is excited to continue the success and professionalism of Team Short Franchises in Minnesota.
Keiarra Johnson
Keiarra is an integral part of our team at SERVPRO of New Brighton & east Roseville, serving as a Job File Coordinator. Her expertise and attention to detail have been invaluable in ensuring that our projects are completed with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
When Keiarra is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is a devoted mother to her son and loves nothing more than having fun with her loved ones. She is also a big fan of video games and music, which she finds to be a great way to unwind after a long day.

Every day is different, and she loves the challenge of working on diverse projects that require her to apply her knowledge and skills in new and creative ways. Levi Richey
Levi Richey is the Project Manager at SERVPRO of New Brighton & East Roseville. Levi has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection (IICRC): Water Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT).
Levi likes watching soccer, traveling, and creating music.
