I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in the crawl space that went unnoticed for some time. When found, it was like a sauna in there. My insurance company referred another company that I won't mention here. That company came out and did the dry out. However, that company was difficult to work with and I ended up changing to SERVPRO based on the recommendation of a friend and Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 542. With SERVPRO, it was like night and day. Shawn Hickman came out and was easy and professional to work with. Shawn was very responsive to phone calls and helped deal with the insurance company that was horrible at returning calls and emails. 

Matt Anderson and his team were always responsive, courteous and on time. He went above and beyond to be helpful to me. It was much appreciated.

Continue to hire the type of employees you already are; what you are doing works. You have very considerate and hardworking employees.

Truly came out "Like it never even happened." And even better than before too.

They were prompt and did a good job. I called for an emergency clean up on a Saturday evening which was challenging, I am sure, but a crew came diagnose the situation, set up equipment and followed up.

Our MN home was covered inside in ice…Floors to ceiling. Nothing I would want anyone to go thru…the staff at SERVPRO have been so kind and professional and mostly reassuring that our house will be a home again. The mitigation part is complete and now I am working with SERVPRO for the remodel and I know I am in good hands! I would highly recommend these folks

SERVPRO did mitigation at our house to remove moisture after a tree fell through our roof during a storm. Demetrius came out first to look at the damage. Then he put an estimate together, and we submitted it to our insurance company. When approved, Demetrius schedule the mitigation immediately and they got right to it a couple of days later. Demetrius is very nice and very professional. Actually, the whole crew that came out was also the same. We are very happy with the results.

There’s no job too big or small for the SERVPRO team! From shampooing thousands of square feet of hallways to shampooing apartment carpets for future move ins, they always go above and beyond our expectations. As a large senior living facility we are lucky to have SERVPRO take care of all our carpet cleaning needs. SERVPRO also works hard to get us on their schedule as fast as they can and are always super kind and easy to work with!

Just my luck to see these guys twice in two weeks. The first at my home and the second at my business after a water issue in my building. The team was fast, efficient and tried to make me feel at ease in both situations. I am so grateful for their work, professionalism, friendliness as well as caring attitudes!
