Both Randy and Marlo grew up in Southern Minnesota are passionate about helping those in need and inspiring others to meet their potential.  Marlo is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and experienced first-hand flooding in Saint Peter and the devastating tornado in 1998 that hit the community.  That same storm also impacted her childhood home.  Randy’s certifications include IICRC, RRRP, FSRT, AMRT, ASD and WRT.
