Meet our owner, Shaun Hickman. Shaun has a solid 20+ years in the restoration field. He has obtained certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT.) When our owner is not in the field you can find him hunting and hanging out with family and friends. Like most Minnesotans in the winter, you would find him rippin’ around on snowmobiles.

Mat has been with us here at SERVPRO for 6 years. He comes to us with 14 years experience in the restoration field with Certifications that include IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator and Asbestos Inspector. He makes sure everyone is in the right place at the right time. When Mat is not helping his fellow teammates, he enjoys spending time with his family gaming, playing board games and camping. He spends his summer trolling his favorite fishing spots looking to get his next Big Catch!

Bo is our resident friendly Mr. Rogers. He is well known in our local community as an active member of his church and a proud member of the Monticello Fire Department. He has certifications in NFPA Firefighter 1, Firefighter 2, Hazardous Materials Operations, BLS (Basic Life Support) First Responder, CPR and AED. You can find Bo on the front-line fighting fires, coaching sports, fishing and enjoying the outdoors with his family. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Trauma & Crime Scene (TCST).

Theresa has been a part of our team for over 3 years. She came with us with several years of experience in the background of insurance. She has acquired certifications for property, casualty, and life insurance through the State of Minnesota. Theresa loves to cheer on our Minnesota teams when she watches football, baseball, and hockey. During the summer you can catch her relaxing near the lake. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT) and Water Damage Restoration (WRT).

Demetrius joined our team with 7 years experience under his belt. He has certifications in IICRC in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structure Drying (ASD), and Lead Renovator. He also has experience as a commercial roofer which helps him greatly in his role! When Demetrius is not working you can find him spending time with his family, checking out cars, or watching basketball.

Robert has been with our team for 3 years and keeps us laughing with his daily dose of Dad Jokes and overall trivia knowledge. In his 12 years experience in the field, he has earned many certifications that include IICRC Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Carpet Cleaning, Lead Renovator, Forklift Certification and is a former Property Adjuster. He is constant learner, always taking in new facts and skills! When Robert is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking on new projects around the house.

Nate has earned certifications in IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and is Lead Renovator certified. He has been a member of our team for over 3 years and has proven to be a quick learner who is always ready to new add new skills to his resumé! When Nate is not in the office, you can find him hunting or on the water fishing from his kayak during the warmer months and on the ice during the long winters.

Brandon is one of our Project Managers and has over 4 years of experience in the restoration industry. He is certified in WRT, ASD, Lead Renovator, Asbestos Inspector, and Smoke/Odor. He has shown us that he is a natural leader and is ready to tackle any problem we come across! He has participated in some of our sponsored golf tournaments and outside of work you can catch him on the green working on his swings and putts.

Matt R has experience in everything we do. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). He has been with us for 6 years and comes with 7 years of experience. He likes to hunt and fish. During the warmer months you can also catch him riding around on his motorcycle or a four-wheeler.

Jeremy has been with us for over a year and has been a tremendous asset to our team. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT). He comes to us with 3 years of experience. Outside of work he likes working on tractors and cars. You could also find him hanging out with his two kids, fishing, and cooking anything. We look forward to seeing what Jeremy can whip up for the office.

Todd is always looking for that last final detail and making sure that all our customers' homes are ready to be lived in after a loss. He is certified in WRT and continues learning from his 15 years of carpentry. He has been with us for over 3 years. He enjoys tinkering in the garage and walking his dogs. One of his mottos is “Work, Eat, Sleep, and Repeat!”

Ken is always looking to help! He is one of our local firefighters and he has certifications in Confined Spaces, National Safety, and Rope Rescue. He has 23 years of experience with construction and almost the same number of years of experience as a firefighter! When Ken is not helping others, he is enjoying hunting, hockey, and riding his motorcycle around the town.

Keith is one of our carpenters. He joins our team with 5 years of experience on the rebuild side of the business. When he is not in the field putting it back together "Like it never even happened." Keith enjoys hanging out with his kids and hunting. A fun fact about Keith is that he is a commercial diver.

Laura is known as “The Regulator” and has brought 13 years of experience in Human Resources to our branch. She was in fields of Healthcare and Government before coming to us. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family. Fun fact: She has an 18 yr old, a 14 year old, and 1 year old. She also enjoys traveling, RV-ing, gardening and just being outside.

Steve has the ability to talk to anyone and is always there to lend a helping hand. Steve is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and has been with us for 6 years now! He brings 10 years of experience of water mitigation and is a quick problem solver on the job. Some of his hobbies include art and gaming with his friends. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration (WRT).

Shanda came to SERVPRO with six years of customer service experience! In her free time, Shanda enjoys spending time with her 3 boys, husband, and 2 dogs! She also loves to spend her time outside camping, ice fishing, working out, and crafting! She loves crafting her own tumblers.

Mark is one of our Project Managers here at SERVPRO. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). Mark has a passion for animals and works with an animal rescue. He is also a dedicated member of the Monticello Lions. You can find Mark riding mountain bikes or motorcycles. He also enjoys spending time woodworking.

Jaxon is one of our Production Technicians.

Joel is the friendly face you will see when you opt for our carpet cleaning services. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Carpet Cleaning (CCT).

Jayce is one of our Production Technicians.

Adam is one of our Construction Coordinators.

Chris is one of our Commercial Accounts Managers. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT) and Water Damage Restoration (WRT).

Hunter is one of our Production Technicians.

Jamey is one of our Production Supervisors. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Trauma & Crime Scene (TCST), Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT), and Odor Control (OCT).

Harley is one of our Production Technicians.

Krystal joins us with a background in law enforcement. She handles our relationships with first responder entities (police, fire, EMS, hospitals). She also has a solid background in social media and web design. TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram are all updated by her. Krystal is also assists with our local Chambers.

Mikayla is our resident rockstar, our go-to gal for any questions. She is a wealth of information and handles our Accounts Receivable/Vendor Accounts.

Richie joined our team in March 2022 as a Carpenter, with over 5 years of experience in the industry. In his free time, Richie enjoys woodworking and smoking meat. Fun Fact: He is originally from Southern California.

Dakotah joined our team in March 2023 as a Production Technician. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping.
