Sara
Sara is one of our Lead Production Technicians who has been with SERVPRO Bemidji Grand Rapids & Hibbing for 7 years. Sara is water damage certified and specializes in fire restoration, along with pack outs, inventory and ultrasonic cleaning. Her favorite part of her job is being there for home owners going through a disaster and doing a good job to make them happy. She has 10 "fur kids", 2 cats, 4 rabbits, 2 alpacas, and 2 sheep and loves spending time with them when she is not working.
Gene Pehrson
Gene has been the owner of SERVPRO of Bemidji, Grand Rapids & Hibbing for 10 years. He is a disabled veteran. His favorite part of the work he does is understanding a home from the very beginning to the very end. Knowing how it was built, to best help the remediation/repair. He is certified as a building contractor and in bio-hazard, radon, subrogation, mold remediation & testing, lead renovation, Master IICRC water damage, advanced drying, applied anti-microbial, carpet, textiles, fire & smoke restoration and electronic technologies.

Outside of work, Heather finds joy in cheering on her sons at sports events, embracing the outdoors, and cultivating stunning gardens.

The mold growing in the attic really scared my wife. I'm glad to say that you not only made her feel better about the situation but also removed the problem and its cause all at the same time.
We had an issue at 1130 at night with standing water in our basement. The lady who took all of my information was so delightful to talk to. She was so nice. The guy who came out to work on our house told us he’d be at our house in a few hours and that they have a window of up to 4 hours to be at our house. He showed up in 2. They worked really quick and made sure everything was very dry! I couldn’t be happier with how things went! Thanks SERVPRO
