Casey Henaman is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. She excels in customer service, communication, and team leadership.

Jessica is our Project Manager at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. She comes to us with years of experience in customer service and management skills.

Outside of work, he is a fan of all things horror. He is the host of a podcast and horror mask designer. He also enjoys grilling and being a dad to his 2 boys.

Matt Anderson is a Carpet cleaning specialist at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. He has several years of experience at SERVPRO. Matt currently specializes in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Matt has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.
