Jeremy Reichel
Jeremy Reichel is one of our Production Managers and estimators at SERVPRO of The Upper Peninsula. He has years of experience and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program and IICRC certifications. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment and software programs. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers' expectations.
Tammi Johns
Tammi Johns is one of our restoration managers and our lead fire restoration technician at SERVPRO of The Upper Peninsula. She has several years of experience and specializes in Content Restoration, Residential and Commercial Fire Restoration, as well as non-restoration cleaning services. Tammi is an extremely dedicated, hard worker! She leads the crews to get your home “Like it never even happened!”
Amber Talo
Amber Talo is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of The Upper Peninsula and Marketing Manager for the Upper Peninsula territory. She has years of experience and oversees all office procedures including accounting, job file management, and customer relations. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician.
Brant Rice
Brant is the Production Manager and Estimator at SERVPRO of The Upper Peninsula. Brant has many years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician. Brant is key in dealing with insurance claims on our job sites and has a vast experience in industrial and residential cleanup and job assessment. His efficiency on jobs and willingness to go above and beyond for any customer made him an integral leader within this company.
