Dan and Tom arrived on time this morning and from beginning to end were courteous, thorough and professional. They explained everything they were doing, answered all our many questions, and gave us a most pleasant experience in our first ever mediation of water damage from a leak that damaged multiple parts of our new house.
We cannot express our gratitude enough.Had a pipe burst in our basement and reached out to them. Their crew (Mark & Shane) were here within a couple of hours and stayed late into the day until the clean-up portion was completed. VERY professional and friendly. We would never think twice about hiring Josh and his amazing crew. 10 stars out of 5 :-)
