Eric Ledford is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids. Upon joining our team in 2015 he has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (llCRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning. Other experience with Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration and Bio-Hazards Clean Up.

Eric enjoys his free time being outside hunting and fishing with his dog. He is also pretty talented at racing dirt bikes.

Meet Dan! Dan is an important member of our team here at SERVPRO of N.E Grand Rapids!

Upon joining our team in July 2013, he completed out SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. As a certified Water Damage Restoration Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), Dan also spends much of his time backing up the Production Team.

Having spent most of his career in construction-related industries such as electrical, HVAC, equipment rental and fleet management, Dan is a wealth of knowledge with regard of commercial water and fire cleanup.

In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his youngest two children. Most often this involves supporting his son with sports. Dan and his daughter enjoy bass fishing or just watching a movie together. One of Dan’s passions has been traveling, most of which has been while doing short-term mission projects to places like Ciudad Juarez, Mexico; San Raymundo, Guatemala and Annville, Kentucky.

Nate is one of our hardworking project managers at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids! Upon joining our team in 2016, he has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (llCRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning. Other experience with Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration and Bio-Hazards Clean Up.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and dog! He also likes to go hunting, fishing, and bowling.

Steve Smith is our Sales and Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids. Upon joining our team in 2015, he has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He has many certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration, including Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Carpet Cleaning. He also has experience with fire and storm restoration. Steve manages and creates relationships with our serving areas including Insurance agents and adjusters. He is a dedicated member of our team and community, and is involved with the chamber of commerce and American Red Cross. While out on the job, Steve promotes awareness about our services so people know where to go in case of an emergency.

When he isn't working, Steve enjoys spending time with his kids and going camping. He also loves playing golf and baseball.

Meet Dawn! Dawn is our Human Resources Manager at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids. Upon joining our team in 2017 she has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (llCRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning. Dawn loves Spending time in the outdoors! Some of her favorite activities include fishing, hiking, and camping!

Nick is one of our Job File Coordinators here at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids! As a job file coordinator, he writes estimates, completes job uploads, and performs audits! Nick is a huge fan of movies, some of his favorites being Boogie Nights and Goodfellas. Prior to working at SERVPRO, he worked for a baseball team for 6 years. He's left handed, and is the official champion of our office fantasy football team, defeating his rival / coworker, Steve Smith.

Meet Casey! Casey is our Lead Estimator! He leads crews and oversees jobs, including specialty jobs, such as soda blasting, spray sealing, and mold remediation. Casey is married, and they have one daughter. He enjoys learning new things, and overcoming new challenges. He loves cars, going on vacations, country music, concerts, and family outings. He served in the United States Marine Corps, and we are extremely grateful for his service.

Meet Tiffany! Tiffany is one of our awesome production technicians! She is efficient, hardworking, and an absolute sweetheart! We are so thankful to have her on our team! She is a huge animal lover, and enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs, and her friends in her free time!

Meet Derek! Derek is one of our awesome Project Managers here at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids! He's in charge of leading jobs, motivating his co-workers, and managing job efficiency. Derek has a love for Jesus, plays guitar in his free time, and enjoys spending time with his kids!

Meet Chloe, our part time administrative assistant! When Chloe isn't organizing files or doing bookwork, you can find her reading, hanging out with friends, or going on vacation!

This is Cody C, one of our production technicians! Cody moved to Michigan from North Carolina, and is excited to be part of the team!

Meet Josh! Josh is a Junior Project Manager and used to work for us part time as he finished up college, but we are happy to say he is finally with us full time! Josh has a degree in Construction Management, and he brings so much knowledge and fun to our team!

Meet Domo! Domo is one of our amazing production techs, and he's the type of guy that always goes the extra mile to get something done. He may be quiet, but don't let him fool you, he's one of the most friendly guys around!

Meet Jake! Jake is one of our production techs here at SERVPRO, and he is a man of many talents! When he's not working hard out in the field, Jake can be found doing tricks on his skateboard, singing and making music, or hanging out with his friends.

Meet Tyler! Tyler is our second job file coordinator! Outside of work, Tyler enjoys grabbing a drink with friends, hanging out with his Cat, and traveling! We love having him on our team!

Meet Amanda!

Amanda is our highly energetic, extremely talented and always a joy to be around Financial Administrator! Amanda is a crime documentary junkie, loves enjoying the outdoors, and spending free time with her family watching football!

Meet Keith! Keith is our Marketing manager here at SERVPRO, and we could not be more thankful that he joined our team! Keith grew up in the Chicago area, and is passionate about good pizza, working out, and spending time with his family and friends. Keith is kind hearted, a great leader, and has a contagious laugh that brings joy to everyone around him.

Susan is our lovely Accounting Manager at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids! Upon joining our team in 2017 she has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. Other experience with Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration. Susan comes with a lot of experience in the business and passion for what she does every day.

Susan enjoys spending time with her family and playing games. When she finds free time, she likes to curl up with a good book.

Meet Jeff!

Jeff joined us in January of 2022 and is our Reconstruction Operation Manager. Jeff is in charge of building up and kicking off our reconstruction division.

In his free time Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, doing church activities, as well as playing and watching sports!

Meet Thomas!

Thomas is one of our talented Production Technicians, and comes to us all the way from Milwaukee! Thomas previously worked with SERVPRO of Milwaukee County before joining us!

In his free time Thomas enjoys spending time with his dog and girlfriend, playing sports and video games, and being out in Nature!

Meet Alyson!

Alyson joined the team as our Receptionist in April of 2022!

Alyson has a cat named "Juice", a bachelors degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University, and enjoys longboarding in her free time!

Nic is one of our hard working technicians. He started with SERVPRO in June of 2022.

In his free time he enjoys to skateboard, draw, and hike.

Chase is one of our awesome technicians. He started his career in the military before entering mitigation at SERVPRO.

He comes into work everyday with a smile on his face and a great attitude.
