Brittany Smith
Brittany is our Community Engagement Manager at SERVPRO of Mt Pleasant, Clare and Houghton Lake. She has worked in the restoration industry since 2006 and joined our team in November 2017.
Her IICRC certifications include:
- Water Damage Restoration Technician
- Odor Control Technician
- Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician
- Applied Structural Drying Technician
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, exploring places around Michigan, and completing 5Ks. Her interests include old houses, nature, and antiques.
Luke Davis
Luke Davis is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Mt. Pleasant, Clare & Houghton Lake. He has worked with SERVPRO since 2017. Luke's IICRC Certifications include:
- Water Damage Restoration
- Applied Microbial Remediation
- Applied Structural Drying
Outside of work he enjoys watching and playing basketball, golfing and working on cars.
Christie Taylor
Christie is our Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Mt Pleasant, Clare and Houghton Lake.
She started working with us in February of 2020.

Outside of work she enjoys playing with her dog, snowboarding, kayaking, paddle boarding, and hiking. As well as coloring and painting and household projects.
Brian Kammerzell
Brian Kammerzell is our Systems Administrator here at SERVPRO of Mt Pleasant, Clare and Houghton Lake. He has been with the company since June 2020.
Brian's certifications through the IICRC include:
- Water Remediation Technician
When Brian isn't working he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking and camping.
Dave Ebert
Dave is a crew chief at SERVPRO of Mt Pleasant, Clare, and Houghton Lake. Dave has been in the restoration industry for 30 years and has worked with SERVPRO®; since January of 2019.
He holds the following IICRC Certifications:
- Water Damage Restoration Techician
- Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician
- Odor Control Technician

- Carpet Cleaning Technician
When Dave isn't working he enjoys skiing, hiking, wine and cooking. His interests include old buildings, trees and oriental rugs.
Curt Young
Curt is one of our technicians here at SERVPRO of Mt Pleasant, Clare and Houghton Lake. He started working here in January of 2022.

When Curt isn't working he enjoys being outside, fishing and working on vehicles.
