Nick is the General Manager, and Vice Preside. He started his career with SERVPRO in 2009 as an estimator. In 2017 he became a partner in the company. Nick, his wife and 2 kids currently live in Ludington after having lived in Manistee for over 7 years. Over the years of working at SERVPRO he has served many customers, and look forward to doing so for many more years to come. Nothing gives Nick more satisfaction then helping our customers make their fire, water, mold damage "Like it never even happened."

I am a Mitigation Production Manager for SERVPRO and have been with the company since 2017.

Kim is our Office Manager. She has been with the SERVPRO Family since late 2018 and is always excited to learn all she can about SERVPRO. She was born and raised in Manistee and recently bought a house in Free Soil on the Sauble River. She is married to her husband, Tim and they have 3 wonderful Children and 2 beautiful granddaughters. She enjoys being with family and friends, kayaking, fly fishing, bow and rifle hunting. She has been in customer service for over 20 years. She enjoys meeting new people and helping whenever she can. Working at SERVPRO she will continue helping those in need and hopefully can put their minds at ease during stressful times.

I have been a Marketing Representative at SERVPRO since 2009. I am happily married to my husband, Dean. My greatest love, blessings and joy are my husband, our 3 grown kids & their spouses; along with our 3 beautiful granddaughters and precious grandson. I treasure my family. We love to go to Concerts/Shows. We also enjoy visiting different places, especially any place by water. We enjoy renovating & decorating our home. Our SERVPRO Team is so easy to believe in, which makes my job easy & natural. The Owners and Team care about our customers and ensure that the Clients are receiving the highest level of Service, helping them in their time of need. Another great blessing besides knowing you are helping people, is the experience & relationships I have made, the most wonderful amazing people that I now call Friends. SERVPRO has allowed me time to get involved in Local Communities. I am an Ambassador for the Cadillac, Manistee & Lake City Chamber. So fortunate to work in such a beautiful area with such gracious people. SERVPRO has always had the right priorities and family is always important. I am proud to a part of the SERVPRO family.

David is a Production Crew Leader here at SEVRPRO. He has worked for SERVPRO since 2015. He has 4 beautiful daughters and a granddaughter. He is an Army veteran and was a purple heart recipient. Born and raised in Freesoil and graduated from Freesoil High School. After being away from the area for years while in the Army and working on oil rigs, David is happy to be home and to come to work and know at the end of the day he will be spending it with his family.

Tim is a Crew Chief. He has been with the company since 2015. He has been a licensed builder for over 30 years. He also has over 15 years in remodeling ADA compliant spaces. He enjoys working for SERVPRO because there is no boundaries to make the customer absolutely 100% satisfied. He says he is proud to answer when someone asks him where he works because he knows that it is followed up by a story about a job well done and a happy customer.

Cody is a Crew Leader and has been part of the SERVPRO family since 2017. Cody keeps our shops clean and organized and enjoys helping our customers out during some stressful times. When not at SERVPRO Cody enjoys spending time with his family in the beautiful outdoors.

Jason is a Production Crew Leader who has been with the company since early 2020. He is married to his wife, Bethanie and they have 2 beautiful kids. When not at SERVPRO him and his family enjoy the outdoorsmen and love spending time on the water. Jason appreciates the opportunity to be able to help our community in their time of need.

Paul is an Estimator/Job File Coordinator and has been with SERVPRO since 2014.

I am a Reconstruction Carpenter for SERVPRO of Manistee, Ludington and Cadillac. I have been part of the SERVPRO family since early 2018.

I am Production Technician and have been working for SERVPRO of Manistee, Ludington and Cadillac since 2015. I have lived in Mason County my entire life. I enjoy working for SERVPRO because I love to see the smile in our customer's face when we help them in a stressful situation. In my spare time I enjoy getting involved in my community. I believe in having a good reputation in your community and working for SERVPRO has helped me do so. It is very gratifying to be recognized for helping people.

Katie is our Marketing Manager and has been with SERVPRO since May of 2022. She comes to us with 20 years of management experience. She came in enthusiastic and ready to learn the marketing aspect. Katie enjoys growing the relationships SERVPRO has built over the years and enjoys being involved in community events throughout our 5 county area.
