President
- Eric became a valued part of the SERVPRO of Grand Blanc and SERVPRO of Lapeer when he acquired the business in 2018.
- With over 20 years of experience in the restoration industry and a master's certification in Fire and Water Restoration, his expertise has been instrumental in driving our company's growth.
- Eric has been happily married to his incredible wife since 2002 and is a proud dad to two wonderful kids, Jacob and Madison.
- Outside of work, Eric holds a black belt in Karate, has a passion for cars, and enjoys hitting the golf course.
Chad Smith
General Manager | Director of Operations
- Chad has been a valued team member of SERVPRO of Grand Blanc and SERVPRO of Lapeer since May 2018.
Carolyn Carpenter
Office Manager
- Carolyn has been in the SERVPRO family since March 2007.
- Her determination and tenacity have been key to her success in her current position.
- Outside of work, Carolyn loves strolling through the woods, hunting for the perfect bourbon, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Lisa Sparks
Human Resources | Accounts Receivable
- Lisa has been a part of the SERVPRO family for many years and joined the SERVPRO of Grand Blanc and SERVPRO of Lapeer team in March 2023.
- With over 15 years of experience in the SERVPRO system, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
- Lisa has a deep passion for animals and dreams of owning a rescue farm if she ever won the lottery.
- In her free time, she enjoys making memories with her five beautiful granddaughters (and occasionally their parents ;)). Her new puppy, Lucy, also keeps her on her toes outside of work!
Jesi Hillard
Accounts Payable Assistant
- Jesi joined the SERVPRO of Grand Blanc and SERVPRO of Lapeer family in September 2022.
- With over 25 years of experience in Customer Service, Office Administration, and Accounting, she quickly made an impact in her role. Starting as a Customer Service Representative, she soon took on the additional responsibilities of Administrative Assistant. Now Jesi has transitioned into an exciting new role within our growing organization.
- A proud mother of four from Montrose, MI, Jesi is dedicated to supporting and cheering on her children in all their activities and accomplishments.
- When she finds a rare moment for herself, Jesi loves to travel and catch live music performances, combining her love for adventure and the arts.
Lauren Goslee
Marketing Director
- Lauren has been a vital part of the SERVPRO of Grand Blanc and SERVPRO of Lapeer family since 2017.
- With her extensive background in the restaurant industry, Lauren brings exceptional customer service skills to the table. As the saying goes, you can take the girl out of the hospitality, but you can't take the hospitality out of the girl!
- A proud Flushing native, Lauren takes great pride in working in and giving back to her community.
- Beyond work, she's a true soccer enthusiast, coaching her daughters' teams and playing in an adult recreational league.
- When she's not on the soccer field, Lauren loves traveling and camping with her family - her favorite ways to unwind and explore the world.
Brienne Ingersoll
Business Development Representative
- Brienne has been a valued member of our SERVPRO of Grand Blanc and SERVPRO of Lapeer family since July 2018.
- Originally from Okemos, MI, she earned her bachelor's degree from Indiana University and went on to direct a camp at the YMCA.
- Brienne focuses on building strong relationships with insurance agents and fire departments, primarily in the Grand Blanc and Lapeer areas.
- A self-proclaimed foodie, Brienne has a special love for condiments - she even considers them her favorite food!
Terry Pickard
Commercial Consultant
- Terry joined our SERVPRO of Grand Blanc and SERVPRO of Lapeer team in September 2020, bringing a wealth of knowledge from his 25+ years as a Television News Videographer.
- Now in his "retirement gig," Terry works closely with local fire departments and commercial property owners. He's a natural fit for the role, driven by his passion for helping people navigate some of the toughest days of their lives.
- When he's not at work, Terry enjoys traveling to visit his two adult children and spending time outdoors, especially on the golf course.
Misty McKenzie
Assistant Project Manager
- Misty joined the SERVPRO of Grand Blanc and SERVPRO of Lapeer family in February 2018 and has been thriving in her role ever since.
- She truly loves what she does and considers her co-workers to be like a family.
- Misty's passion for helping customers during challenging times and restoring their homes makes her excel in her position - it's a rewarding experience she deeply values.
- In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her family and friends.
Heather Olson
Assistant Project Manager
- Heather joined the SERVPRO of Grand Blanc and SERVPRO of Lapeer team in November 2021, bringing her expertise from California, where she worked as an Assistant Project Manager for a General Contractor.
- She began her SERVPRO journey as an Assistant Project Manager in the water mitigation department and recently transitioned to the personal property and structure cleaning department, showcasing her versatility and dedication.
- Outside of work, Heather loves spending quality time with her husband and daughter, enjoys bowling, and exploring new restaurants.
- If you visit the office, you might even be greeted by the wagging tail of her adorable dog, Baylee!

- She shines in customer service, offering a listening ear, assistance, and unwavering support to community members during challenging times.

Eric was available immediately and the crew came on a Saturday to bring the hepa filter. Brienne was very caring. The cleaning crew was diligent and thorough. Eric was professional with designing our needs, and was available whenever we called him. I would certainly recommend SERVPRO of Lapeer to anyone who needs help with restoration.

I had water in my basement from my hot water heater and Byron and Matt where both very courteous. They had answered all my questions. Byron set everything up and was very efficient and very mindful of keeping the floors and stairs protected from getting damaged from him setting everything up. Very pleased with their professionalism. They were both very pleasant also.
