Misty McKenzie
Title: Director of First Impressions
History: Misty has worked in the restoration/construction industry for 19 years. She assists with several components of the behind the scenes work and is a pillar for our customer service. When she is not at work, she enjoys playing and watching baseball and listening to country music. She is also an active member of the Justice for Lily Foundation.
Tracy Schmelling
Title: Production Technician
History: Tracy came to us from another SERVPRO and is one of our production techs. She is very outgoing and loves to spend time with her family. She enjoys listening to slow rock but can be found on the couch watching her favorite movie Grease. She is a blast to work with and always keeps us on her toes with her witty sense of humor.
Eric Chesser
Title: President
History: Eric has been in the restoration industry for 21 years. He has a masters in Fire and Water Restoration. He has been married to an amazing woman since 2002 and have two kids, Jacob and Madison. Together, they raise their dog Max. He holds a black belt in Karate, loves cars and enjoys playing golf. He is a great guy that truly cares about people and is passionate about the work that he is doing. He is the right person to lead our staff in our day-to-day work.
Byron Sevenski
Title: Production Tech
History: Byron is a great addition to our SERVPRO team. Not only is he willing to learn, but he loves working with customers. On a personal note, he owns his own disc jockey business, his favorite movie is Braveheart, he coaches baseball and his grandfather fought in the Korean War.
Brienne Ingersoll
Title Office / Marketing Manager
History: Brienne is a great addition to the SERVPRO team. She grew up in Okemos, Michigan and received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Following college, she directed a camp at the YMCA. She likes to describe herself as a foodie and she really loves condiments. She would even classify them as her favorite food.

Dan Joined our Crew in January 2019.

Linda Came to us from the other side of the industry in late 2018 and we couldn't be happier to have her!
Jason McKenzie
Jason is the second McKenzie (of no relation) to join our team in the fall of 2019!

Matthew Duncan was the Warehouse Manager at another facility and came to join us in January 2019

Josh Has been with our team since 2019 and has recently returned to us after servicing our country!
BeauAllen Arms
Beau Joined our Team in August of 2020. He is a great asset and has become part of our Production Family!
Joshua Adrian
Jay, as he likes to be called, Joined our Team beginning of September of 2020 and came from a water background so jumped right in! We are ecstatic to have him and welcomed him with open arms!

Jessica Sweeney Joined our team in April 2019 and become a cleaning guru. We couldn't be happier to welcome her!

Eric and the crew at SERVPRO of Lapeer were tremendously helpful in restoring our house to normal after a kitchen fire. Eric was available immediately and the crew came on a Saturday to bring the hepa filter. Brienne was very caring. The cleaning crew was diligent and thorough. Eric was professional with designing our needs, and was available whenever we called him. I would certainly recommend SERVPRO of Lapeer to anyone who needs help with restoration.
Jose and Landon were wonderful and showed up quickly and went to work right away. I was relieved and knew my house would be back to normal after water was everywhere. Calling SERVPRO was the best call I made.

I had water in my basement from my hot water heater and Byron and Matt where both very courteous. They had answered all my questions. Byron set everything up and was very efficient and very mindful of keeping the floors and stairs protected from getting damaged from him setting everything up. Very pleased with their professionalism. They were both very pleasant also.

Basement flooded today and I called SERVPRO for help. Right away they sent Byron and Richie out. They got the basement hooked up with multiple fans and ripped out the padding. They were super helpful in explaining the process and next steps. 5/5 ??. They were awesome.
