We experienced a major roof leak following a storms that caused major damage to our home. We were very lucky to have this company handle our situation. Every person we dealt with was kind and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work that was being done and made sure to stay in contact with us. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work in giving us our home back and doing what they could to provide piece of mind during a very stressful time. We had a severe roof leak due to a storm. We were lucky to have SERVPRO help us out! At the time not only did we have the leak we just lost my husbands grandma and had found out that we were expecting. We came home at 3 in the morning to find the rain coming in our home. SERVPRO was prompt at returning our phone call and getting out to our home. They were so kind and caring. They were reassuring that everything would be okay and they would make sure to return our home back to us in the same condition if not better. They did not disappoint.
