Chris Homer a Native American-- SERVPRO Owner - SERVPRO of Berrien County. He has over 20 years of construction management experience. Chris has been with SERVPRO of Berrien County since 2014.

Chris is certified in Water Damage Restoration from the IICRC, Michigan Builders License, ICRA certified (infection control risk assessment) and Lead Abatement certification.

One of Chris' great traits is his people management skills. He brings out the best in his team of restoration technicians and construction managers.

Bobbi is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Berrien County. She has been with SERVPRO since 2001 with many years of restoration experience. Bobbi has the following Certification from the IICRC: Water Damage Restoration.

Just one of Bobbi's greatest attributes is multitasking. She gets it all done and then some.

Bob Rogers is our Sales and Marketing manager. He's also involved in our Commercial Priority Response Division. He has been with us since 2010 with over 20 years experience in the commercial cleaning industry. He connects our scope of remediation services to commercial markets for emergency planning and disaster response (Fire, Water, and mold). Certified in Water Damage Restoration, Asbestos & Lead awareness, Infection Control Risk Assessment certified.

Matt Fites is the Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of Berrien County. Matt has been with SERVPRO since 2014 but a qualified carpenter and builder since high school. Matt supervises sub contractors on all the jobs he manages for our customers.

Matt is raising a family in the area and is active in school athletics - basketball and golf.

Julie Burke is our Human Resources/Accountant. She has many years of experience and has been with our company since 2009. Julie has her accounting associates degree at Southwestern Michigan College and Business Administration degree at WMU.

Julie may be the nice voice you hear answering calls for service. She will ask you questions about your issue and find ways to help.

Jim is a Water Technician and Mold Remediation Specialist here at SERVPRO of Berrien County. Jim has been with SERVPRO since 2002. He has over 20 years of restoration experience and has the following certifications from IICRC: Water Damage Restoration, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Lead Renovator, BIO Cleaning services of America, ICRA certified and Applied Microbial Remediation.

Jim is a military veteran /silent hero.

Jess is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Berrien County. She has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, Odor Control and Water Damage Restoration.

Her special talent is helping customers completely understand the cleaning and restoration process.

Jared has worked with SERVPRO for 7 years. He is a certified as a Water Technician and is a team leader. Jared is good at explaining the restoration process to customers. He is a calming influence.

He is raising a family in Coloma and fishing enjoys rock hunting in his spare time.

Joe is one of the owners at SERVPRO which has been in his family since 1995. He is certified in water and mold remediation and restoration. His hobbies are hunting and baseball.

Pernel is in his first year working at SERVPRO. He is in the water tech training program. Benton Harbor HS grad with great work ethic. He is a wonderful addition to the SERVPRO team. When he is not working Pernel likes his PlayStation.
