Bridget has been with Team Lamey for the last 9 years. She started as an Administrative Assistant and quickly worked her way up to Billing Manager and most recently as a Large Loss Sales and Support Specialist. Bridget has been instrumental in the growth of our company, working closely with residential, commercial and large loss customers and adjusters. She adds a new vision for SERVPRO of Portland, South Portland, Biddeford-Saco & The Sebago Lake Region that is going to further our commitment to our clients, customers, and employees in the years to come. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, she is the middle child of 9 siblings. She enjoys the Maine summers, going to the beach and playing disc golf. Bridget has a rescue cat Whitmore and enjoys going for walks with her new Sheep-Doodle puppy Pippen.

Mary joined our team in the Fall of 2018. She has been a great asset to our team managing the office and taking care of our HR needs. We love that her candy bowl is always full in the office. When not working at SERVPRO of Portland, Mary enjoys outdoor activities with her family, hiking, biking, kayaking, snowshoeing and traveling anywhere with her "sisters".

Katrina has been with SERVPRO of Portland since 2008. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage & Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Fire & Smoke Restoration. Katrina has developed great relationships with our customers and has excellent communication skills. In her spare time, Katrina enjoys hanging with friends and boating on Sebago Lake.

Jim Francoeur joined our team in October 2015. Jim manages our construction services division for our Portland office. Jim brings 30+ years of experience specializing in insurance claims in Maine. After mitigation work has been completed, Jim will begin the reconstruction process in your home or business to get your property back to its preloss condition.

Dylan joined our team in October 2015 and works closely with customers and contractors while supervising both residential and commercial reconstruction jobs. Dylan is motivated and hard working and we couldn't be luckier to have him on our team. In Dylan's spare time he enjoys fishing, fishing and more fishing.

Alex joined our SERVPRO of Portland team in February 2021. Alex spent five years working for a SERVPRO Franchise in Central Florida. He started his career as a technician and quickly worked his way to Crew Chief and Production Manager. When asked what he enjoys about the restoration industry? Alex's response, "This industry interests me because I love helping people through tough times and overcoming challenges". In Alex's free time he enjoys spending time in the outdoors or frequenting the local restaurants in downtown Portland.

Tony Bessey joined SERVPRO of Portland in 2021 and has been a great asset to the our team. Tony is IICRC certified in Water (WRT), Fire & Smoke (FSRT) and Carpet Cleaning (CCT). He lives in Westbrook with his family. In his spare time, Tony enjoys fishing, fishing and more fishing.

Chandler joined our team in January 2023. He was no stranger to SERVPRO as he worked for another SERVPRO before coming to Team Lamey. Chandler is IICRC certified in water and is our go to Project Manager for jobs in the Biddeford-Saco and Kennebunks area. In his spare time, Chandler enjoys skiing, camping and hanging with his dog Cora, an Australian Shepherd.

Justin joined our team in December 2023 and has been an amazing addition to our team. He is a quick learner and has successfully passed his IICRC certifications in water and in fire. In his spare time, Justin enjoys fishing, playing softball and hanging with his son.

Christina started working for SERVPRO of Portland in August of 2020. Christina works closely with our reconstruction team, customers and sub contractors. If you have a question for the reconstruction team, Christina is your go to person to get the answer. Christina has an amazing attitude, has one of the best work ethics around and delivers amazing customer service to our customers.

In Christina's free time she enjoys spending time with her 8 year old son. She also has 2 dogs, Maxine and Penny and 1 cat named Ramsey.

We welcomed Megan in October 2022 when we acquired the Biddeford-Saco franchise. Megan has been a huge asset to our team and recently took on the Job File Coordinator position in our office. We are so lucky to have her! In Megan's spare time she loves hanging with her adorable baby Paisley, taking her swimming which is her favorite thing to do. Meg also enjoys hanging with her friends, family, husband Jeff and chocolate lab Gunner!

Holly has been with SERVPRO of Portland since August of 2012. Prior to coming to joining the SERVPRO team, she was in the property management industry for 12 years. She works closely with property managers and facilities directors as their go to for emergency and non-emergency services. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration. Holly is a board member with the Maine Apartment Association and MREMA and currently sits on the Membership Committee for MEREDA.

Kelly has been with SERVPRO of Portland since March of 2007. Prior to marketing for SERVPRO she worked in the office managing the HR duties, invoicing and estimating for our Portland office. Kelly works closely with businesses in the Windham, Gorham and Portland areas and volunteers for the Sebago Lakes Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Windham Business Exchange.

Rick joined our Marketing Team in November 2019 and will be working closely with our commercial customers and helping them develop an Emergency Ready Profile for their business. He firmly believes in building and maintaining relationships which has made him successful in his past careers always keeping him top of mind. Rick lives in Standish with his wife Sue, dogs Lucy and Bella and cat Harley (kittles).

Kyle rejoins our team as a hard working & dedicated employee. Kyle's previous experience with our team made it an easy transition for him to jump back into the busy schedule, helping those affected by water and fire damage. Kyle has been instrumental in working with businesses disinfecting against COVID-19. Kyle has his water (WRT) and Fire (SRT) IICRC Certification.

Bill joined our team summer of 2017 and has been a huge asset. Bill is responsible for fixing equipment, making sure the warehouse is stocked with product and equipment to ensure our crews have the items to do their jobs.

Ashley joined SERVPRO of Portland in January 2021. In her short time with us she is has proven herself over and over. She is motivated, works fast, always willing to help her teammates and has the most infectious laugh. She earned the Employee of the Month in March 2021!
