John Rappazzo is new the Owner of SERVPRO Sparrows Point / Essex / Chase. While he is the new owner to the Sparrows Point Franchise, he is not new to SERVPRO or Water Damage Restoration. John also owns the SERVPRO of Perry Hall/White Marsh location, and has over 80 5-star reviews. He has owned SERVPRO of Perry Hall/White Marsh since 2001.

Debbie Rappazzo is new the Owner of SERVPRO Sparrows Point / Essex / Chase, and is John Rappazzo’s Wife of 30+ years. Debbie is responsible for overseeing the office, crew dispatch as well as the accounting department.

Stephanie Rappazzo is an assistant general manager at SERVPRO of Sparrows Point / Essex / Chase. Steph completed a 3 weeklong training program at SERVPRO Corporate back in 2017. She is involved in every department and is a key contact between the customer, our office, and the insurance companies. Stephanie takes pride in her work and is always making sure each and every job is completed to the SERVPRO®; standards.

Julie Rappazzo is a Sales Marketing Manager for SERVPRO of Sparrows Point / Essex / Chase. She oversees social media, local networking, business-to-business marketing as well as customer outreach.

Amy Michaels is the Administrative Assistant for SERVPRO of Sparrows Point / Essex / Chase. She oversees all dispatching, and coordination of crew chiefs and managers for fire damage and water damages in eastern Baltimore county. She has been with SERVPRO for over four years. She ensures that all aspects of the Job coordinated and are working efficiently on a day to day basis.

Chris Tewey is a Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO of Sparrows Point / Essex / Chase. Chris is one of our longtime employees, who is excellent at communicating and responding to our customer's needs.
