They dried everything out, moved junk, and tore out water logged walls and carpet. Although I hope to never have to use SERVPRO again, I will not hesitate should the need arise!

Living on Kent Island, wet crawlspaces seem to be a way of life for us. When our sump pump failed and flooded our crawlspace, Tim Hooper and the SERVPRO of Queen Anne's guys were here immediately. They quickly mitigated the water and commenced drying out the area before mold could grow. Unfortunately, my duct work and hvac were under there, but Tim, Christian, Luke and Brandon were able to get all of the insulation and ducts cleaned out and dried. My crawlspace is actually in better shape now than it was before the flood. It is good to know that we have someone to rely on when disaster finds its way to our home. We discovered a “hidden” leak behind the wall where our fridge connects to the water line which had been causing damage for a long time (unknown to us). We had an unknown water leak for several months which had saturated our crawl space, wood joists, resulting mold issues, etc. We weren't sure how to handle the repair and called SERVPRO.
