Diane Whittles is President of SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park, SERVPRO of Edgewater/Deale-Churchton/Lothian, and SERVPRO of Pasadena/Gibson Island/Lake Shore. She is proud of her minority Woman-Owned status (MDOT 13-178).

Diane took over the reins when her beloved husband, Mike Whittles, passed away in 2012. Mike knew EVERYONE in the Annapolis area and she hopes to make him proud by continuing to grow the business he founded in 1976. Diane is IICRC certified in Applied Structural Drying, Bio Recovery, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Health and Safety, as well as IICRC 10 Hour OSHA certified.

With over 10 years of experience working at SERVPRO, and a lifetime being in the SERVPRO family, Nick understands the SERVPRO standard. Nick is a compassionate leader with a tenacious drive to make every day count. As our operations manager, Nick has IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Trauma & Crime Scene cleanup. When Nick is not in the office, you can usually find him out on the golf course, walking his dog or with his family.

Chris oversees Chase Creek Remodeling, the reconstruction division of our business. Chris is an ACAC Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor and a Certified Commercial Drying Specialist with 16 years of emergency response experience. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Odor Control, Carpet Repair and Installation. He recently became an IICRC Master Water Restorer. Chris oversees all construction projects following a loss and heads up the Carpet and Hard Floor Sales Division. Outside of work, Chris loves working on his farm, watching the Vikings and spending time with his family.

Craig is our lead estimator and an essential piece of our production team. Craig has over 5 years of experience here as an estimator and even owned his own restoration franchise for over 10 years. With his years of experience, Craig helps across the board with our production crews, warehouse management and content claims services. Craig always has an upbeat attitude and an eagerness to crack some jokes! Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time fishing and hunting.

Eric is one of our estimators and a critical piece of our production team. Eric has worked in every production position SERVPRO has to offer. With his experience as a field technician and production manager, Eric is well-versed in the restoration industry. Eric is currently IICRC certified in Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration and Commercial Drying. Outside of work, Eric enjoys watching the Baltimore Ravens and taking walks with his dog.

Justin is our production manager, he is available 24 hours a day to provide services to our customers. Justin has a great deal of experience at our franchise working as crew chief. He is quickly approaching his 11 year anniversary with SERVPRO, and has rapidly achieved great success within our organization. Justin is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and Fire and Smoke Restoration, and is an ABRA Certified Bio Recovery Technician. His efficiency on jobs and willingness to go above and beyond for any customer has made him an integral leader within the company.

Jim has been working at SERVPRO for over six years and always says yes to work! Jim has an incredible work ethic and is an expert in commercial and large losses. Jim leaves his jobs spotless, the only thing left behind on one of Jim’s jobs is a happy customer. Jim is IICRC certified in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration and Commercial Drying. Jim is flexible and adaptable, if a customer is in a difficult situation, Jim does his best to ease their burden. In Jim’s spare time, you can find him out on the water, either boating or fishing!

Dominique is one of our most reliable, trustworthy crew chiefs. Dom also started as a production technician and eventually earned his position as a crew chief. With over 3 years' experience as a crew chief, Dom’s upbeat and positive personality keeps him motivated to help customers in need. Dom shows up every day and is excited to help people in need! Outside of work, Dom enjoys playing semi-professional football and going to church.

Charles is one of our most tenured employees with over 32 years of experience with SERVPRO. With experience in estimating and as a field technician, Charles now manages our 20,000 square foot warehouse and all our equipment. Charles exudes positive energy. If you are having a bad day, spend a few minutes with Charles, his positivity is contagious! In his free time, Charles enjoys spending time with his large family and playing bass for his band.

Scott is our Content Claims/Inventory Services Manager and helps to protect customers’ personal belongings in the event of disaster. With over 2 years of experience as our Contents Claims Manager, Scott works deliberately to restore items to preloss condition. Scott previously owned a moving company, making him an expert at his craft. Additionally, Scott served in the United States Army for a few years. During his time outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his daughter and playing video games.

Lindsey has been with our SERVPRO team for over 4 years now as our administrative assistant. Lindsey is typically one of the voices customers hear when they call us! In addition to customer service, Lindsey performs job file audits and billing. Lindsey is SERVPRO’s Swiss army knife, she is well rounded and carries a wealth of administrative knowledge. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending quality time with her two kids and husband and doing adventurous outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing.

Kelli joined the SERVPRO team as the new Office Manager with over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and office management. She has a background in the construction and customer service industries. Her background has provided a wide range of experience including payroll, benefits management, and accounting. When Kelli is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time on the water with friends and family.

Lastacia is our Job File Coordinator and a crucial element of our office staff. Lastacia assists with job file audits, collections and phone calls. Lastacia came to SERVPRO without prior knowledge of the restoration industry. Since her first day, Lastacia has been a team player and a quick learner who is always absorbing knowledge about the restoration industry. When she’s working, Lastacia enjoys finding new places to eat and working out.

With a background as an estimating assistant for a road construction company, Allison has had a seamless transition working as our production administrator. She serves as the heartbeat of our production team, managing scheduling, insurance approvals and job filing. Allison has never had a bad day and always brings a positive can-do attitude to work. Allison is also an avid Baltimore Ravens fan and season ticket holder.
