Found this company online. Husband's elderly uncle was living in filth in a Wash DC apartment and neighbors were complaining about the smell and the cockroaches. They came out the very next day, prepapred to to deal with rotting food, cockroaches, major clutter and heaven knows what else. Very accomodating- handled the whole process by phone.- we dont live nearby. I haven't been to the apartment but they were prompt, efficient and cleaned up a major mess- I am sure it was horribly dirty.
Honestly, in a situation where very little felt like it was going right, Alyssa and her team came in with knowledge and professionalism and guided us through a difficult situation.
Wonderful work was done. Great customer service. We work with a lot of companies doing maintenance and this was one of the best experiences we have had.
