The crew showed concern and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The ladies on the phone were also very helpful in dealing with my insurance. I recently used SERVPRO of Catonsville for a commercial cleanup. The team arrived within a few hours of my calling and stayed late into the night to finish the job. They returned a few days later to pick up their equipment. No problems, I'd use them again
