    Kevin Hurley

    Kevin Hurley is our newest Production Manager and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Kevin has also completed the OSHA 10, IICRC Fire and Water, and Priority Response training, while also being a certified lead and mold supervisor. Kevin has a strong work ethic. He has been working with SERVPRO of Lawrence for three years. In the past, Kevin has had one year experience with mechanical insulation. He enjoys being with his family, which includes three children. One of his daughters travels with the cheerleading team.

    Mike Shepley

    Michael Shepley is the Warehouse Manager and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Mike has also completed the OSHA 10-Hour Hazard Recognition Training. Mike has a strong work ethic and is known around our office for his constant willingness to learn more and take on new tasks. He has been working with SERVPRO for three years. Mike has enjoyed volunteering with the Sonshine Soup Kitchen for the Salem Exchange Club and the American Diabetes Association annual bike ride. His hobbies include reading, sports, and hiking. Mike's family includes his three children.

    Juan Rivera is a Production Technician and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Juan has a strong work ethic and is known around our office for his constant willingness to learn more and take on new tasks. He has been working with SERVPRO for nine and a half years, while being in the industry for nine and a half. Juan has two children and enjoys exercising when not at work.

    Vidal Londono is a Crew Chief and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Vidal has also completed the OSHA 10, IICRC Fire and Water training, while also being a certified lead supervisor. Vidal has a strong work ethic. He has been working with SERVPRO for four and a half years. Vidal’s enjoys fishing when he is not working.

    Rafael (Ralphie) Marquez is a Crew Chief withSERVPRO®; and has completed our rigorous Employee Certification Training Program, the IICRC's Water and Fire Training along with the Mold Remediation course. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Ralphie has a strong work ethic and is able to take charge of new jobs. He has been working with SERVPRO for two years. Ralphie's family includes his mom and two sisters. When not at work, he enjoys playing various sports.

    Nicholas Lopez is a Production Technician and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Nick has been with us for 6 months, has his OSHA certification and has been trained in construction safety. When not working, Nick enjoys spending time playing paintball, fishing, and traveling. He also donates clothes to the community to help those in need!

    Jose Alicea is a Production Technician and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. Jose has been with us for 3 months and brings with him 5 years of restoration experience and experience remodeling homes. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his six children and two grandchildren.

Izzy has 4 years of restoration experience with SERVPRO. When not working, Izzy enjoys spending time with his family and playing handball.

    Freddie is a Production Technician and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. In the past, Freddie has working in the construction industry and restored John Deer equipment. When not working, Freddie enjoys building gas powered remote controlled cars and then race them.

Mark has enjoyed working with no profits to raise money for food pantries, the Boys & Girls Club, winter heating assistance programs, and battered women's shelters. He joys spending time with his family, playing basketball and football, and going fishing.

Dear SERVPRO employees,

My family is deeply grateful for the compassionate and expert services we received from SERVPRO of the Andovers. We arrived home from vacation to find a broken toilet valve had completely flooded my mom's bedroom and basement. It was in the evening and we were stunned! Somehow we thought to call SERVPRO and from the moment we heard Nicole's voice we knew we were in good hands.

As soon as Rodney and Clayton arrived, we were treated with such kindness and support which, at the time, was as important as the physical help we received. Many crew members in our home and many office calls later we were 100% satisfied with our SERVPRO experience. My entire family joins me in thanking Office staff :Nicole, Raeann & Christina; Production manager: Steven and Crew members: Rodney, Clayton, Mark, Pete, Kevin & Pedro for a job more than well done.

SERVPRO of The Andovers started as a family run business by Ken and Joyce White in 1975, the same way SERVPRO originally started… right in their own basement! Their three sons were right their watching all along, seeing their parents help home and business owners return from a disaster. Young Eric, Gregg, and Brian, learned the SERVPRO way of helping property owners remediate water, fire, and mold damages “Like it never even happened.” The three brothers took over the business in 1992 from their parents. They continued to train all those that came to work with them to understand the stress and worry that comes with a fire or water damage and the disruption it causes your life and home or business.

The goal was and still is to help minimize the interruption to your life, quickly return your home or business to its preloss conditions and reduce the stress of the unfortunate situation. We are at your doorstep fast when you need us most, 24/7/365!

Several members of our team work on volunteer projects within the communities of SERVPRO of The Andovers to help lift them up in areas of need and support area business' with the local Chamber of Commerce.
