These people are saints! I woke up to the sound of water rushing in my basement went and found out my hot water tank let go. I contacted SERVPRO of Southern Worcester County in the middle of the night and they were there within hours. They talked me through shutting the water off. They came and removed the stained carpet and the parts of the wall that had gotten wet. Within two weeks my basement had been repaired and looked good as new.
