After a recent storm my basement flooded and caused a great deal of mess. I tried calling several places without even getting someone to respond. I called SERVPRO [Natick/Milford] and they had someone out that day, then had a team in the next day cleaning up! Fantastic job, and very nice people to deal with. My ground-floor apartment recently suffered massive water damage, many inches of water in my living room. I spoke with the owner and he assured me that they would take care of everything. That same day his team was at my house pumping out the water. Given the pandemic, all the workers wore face masks, and their work was not easy...it was hot and cramped getting wet insulation out of the attic. At the end of each day, they cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous and hard working, and the quality of the work was great. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Natick/Milford!
