SERVPRO handled a mold and staining problem on the plywood sheathing inside our attic. The team of Eddie and Primo arrived exactly on time, set up their equipment and worked diligently to clean and treat all the affected surfaces. Their work was thorough and professional with careful attention to our rooms and furniture. The facility manager, Paul, checked in each day to assure that all work was done to our satisfaction, and again when the project was complete. Based on this experience, we were very satisfied with the service provided by SERVPRO and would recommend them to anyone needing remedial services.
We recently used SERVPRO for a hot water tank that leaked in my Dad's house. At the time this all happened my Dad was terminally ill and in the hospital. First, SERVPRO did a wonderful job cleaning up and drying the basement and some of his things that got wet and have sentimental value to the family. But what struck my sister and I the most was the level of care, compassion and concern exhibited by everyone at the company. It was just such a wonderful surprise to see that there are such wonderful people in this world. Thank you SERVPRO!
