    Kevin Lee

    Kevin is the proud owner of SERVPRO. He graduated with a Business Degree from Olivet Nazarene University and would later obtain his MBA from Rivier College. His drive and dedication earned Kevin the position of Director of Support Services at Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary and the Beth Israel / Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
    It is that same drive and dedication that Kevin took to his pursuit of ownership when in the fall of 1998 he and his wife purchased three regional SERVPRO franchises. Kevin and his wife are proud parents of two daughters and grandparents of three grandsons and one granddaughter.

    Chris St. Onge

    Chris is our General Manager at SERVPRO and is IICRC Water & Fire damage Restoration certified. Prior to becoming a member of our team, Chris proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, he later enjoyed a career in law enforcement and eventually as a property adjuster for a large insurance carrier. When not working in and out of the office, Chris is family oriented and loves spending time with his family and friends..

    Leslie Webb

    Leslie has been our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Marlboro / Concord since 2020. She brings another three years of experience with a different SERVPRO franchise and an additional seven years with a private mitigation company. Leslie has been certified in WRT water damage, FSRT fire damage, and Content Cleaning. This hands-on experience enhances her understanding of the restoration industry, which she puts to good use in running our office. Leslie grew up in a family with various construction businesses, further adding to expertise. She has previously been a member of the American Payroll Association (APA) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM.)
    Leslie lives in Fremont, New Hampshire, with her husband, 4 kids, and fur babies. They are active in travel softball and camping. Leslie is proud of her two sons currently serving our Country overseas--one in the Army and the other in the Air Force. We are fortunate to have such a well-rounded individual as our Office Manager.

    Brendan

    Joining SERVPRO in 2019, Brendan quickly became instrumental in the company's expansion. With 12 years of insurance experience, including Senior Adjuster roles, he brings valuable expertise. He holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and Structural Drying (ASD), making him adept at complex projects.

    As Operations Manager, Brendan bridges the gap between customers, businesses, and insurance companies, securing approvals and ensuring projects meet IICRC standards. His OSHA and IICRC certifications further solidify his dedication to excellence.

    Outside of work, Brendan enjoys family time, golfing, and home projects.

    Stone

    Stone is our Administrative Project Manager here at SERVPRO of Marlboro / Concord. Stone has years of experience in the field and is IICRC-certified as a Water Technician. He does a great job reviewing all documentation collected from the field and making sure that the job file meets SERVPRO’s highest standards.
    As part of our customer care initiative, Stone follows up with the customer on a daily basis and with the carrier as needed, to be sure that everyone involved is informed regarding the progress of the work.
    He provides the customer and carrier with a complete copy of all job file documentation at the completion of the job. Stone is also responsible for our SERVPRO website improvement and SEO optimizations to provide the best understanding to potential customers searching for SERVPRO services online.

    Jessica is our Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Marlboro / Concord and has been doing a super job since 2015. Our Project Managers, Crew Chiefs, and Production Technicians are all aware that our customers come first and we are open to their comments and listen carefully to them. 

Our History

SERVPRO of Marlboro/Concord was founded in 1998 by our co-owners Kevin and Cynthia Lee and have shown dedication and commitment to the company for 21 years. Kevin Lee spent over 15 years working in support services within Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Kevin managed multiple support services departments; for instance he managed all of the cleaning of the medical centers and is known for his excellent customer service. He graduated from his undergraduate program Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois, and then proceeded to obtain his MBA from Rivier College in Nashua NH.  

Commitment to Community

We are not one-dimensional with just providing restoration services to our communities. We sponsor and participate in the Walk for Cancer as we support the American Cancer Society. Also, the Walk for Hunger, help our Veterans, the Homeless, and The United Way of Marlboro, MA. We may not yet be a landmark in our New England Area like the Ralph Waldo Emerson House or the Wright’s Tavern, which was the assembly point for the Minutemen before the Battle of Lexington and Concord —but we are trying to be. Since we are locally owned and operated, we have had the honor and privilege to serve our communities for over 20 years and look forward to many more.
