Steve is the owner and General Manager of SERVPRO of Lexington-Bedford. Steve’s parents previously owned this franchise starting in 1984 and retired in 2014. Steve started working for his parents during school vacations and quickly became a Crew Chief in 1987. Steve has many years of experience and has seen all types of disasters, making him a very resourceful owner. Steve has received over 20 certifications from the IICRC, ASCR, IQIA, and DDI, including Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Master Water Restorer, and Master Fire & Smoke Restorer. Steve has been a Waltham resident for a little over 3 years. Steve focuses on growing his franchises, developing and managing his team of highly trained professionals, and creating great business relationships.

Dave is the Operations Manager and co-owner for SERVPRO of Lexington-Bedford. His parents previously owned this franchise where he gained many years of experience in the industry. In addition to his many industry certifications, Dave has distinguished himself as an expert in the Xactimate property claim estimating program and the various ASTI/IICRC standards applicable to the restoration industry. Dave lives in Londonderry, NH with his wife, son, and daughter.

Nick is a Project Manager here at SERVPRO of Lexington-Bedford. Nick has been with us since the Fall of 2016. Before starting his career in restoration, Nick was a dedicated EMT and firefighter for 7 years. Nick is a certified Water Damage Restoration technician (WRT), and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Nick has also been presented with two of our W.O.W awards. In Nick’s free time, he is busy being a dad to his daughters, volunteering after disasters strike, and traveling the world.

Chris joined our team in September of 2019 and is one of our Production Managers here at SERVPRO in Waltham. If you set up an estimate with us, there is a good chance Chris will be the person to meet with you and assess the situation. Chris has many years of experience in the restoration industry under his belt and always looks forward to helping whoever he can.

Roy is the Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Lexington-Bedford. Roy started working with us in October of 2018 and has 6 years of experience in restoration. Since working with us he has won one of our W.O.W awards. Roy enjoys watching football and is a huge fan of the Patriots.

Aaron is the Sales and Marketing Manager for SERVPRO of Lexington-Bedford, Waltham/Weston/Watertown/Wayland, & Arlington, Somerville, Charlestown. He is from Saco, ME and graduated from UMASS Boston with a degree in psychology. Aaron started working for the company in February of 2021. He spends his free time riding his dirtbike or snowboard depending on the season. Aaron lives in Burlington with his wife, dog, and 2 cats whom he loves dearly. His favorite show right now is Jeopardy!

Dion is the Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Lexington-Bedford & of Waltham/Weston/Watertown/Wayland. He has worked in restoration for over 10 years and has his Construction Supervisor License as well as being Lead Safe certified. Dion loves sports and spending time with his family.

Areg is a Sales and Marketing Representative here at SERVPRO. He is from Westwood, MA, and attended the University of Maine for college. Areg's favorite TV show is Yellow Stone. He likes the supportive team environment most about working here.

Ercid Valdez is a crew chief here at SERVPRO of Lexington, Waltham, Watertown, Arlington, Somerville, & Charlestown. Ercid is from Lynn originally but lives in Waltham. He loves spending quality time with his daughter. Ercid attended Lynnfield High as well as Lynn English after transferring as a sophomore. He enjoys watching anime on television and eating great food.

Josh is a Sales and Marketing Representative here at SERVPRO of Lexington, Waltham, Watertown, Arlington, Somerville, & Charlestown. He is from Weston, MA, and attended Weston High School as well as Mass Bay Community College. Josh enjoys cooking, wrestling, hiking, and Jiu-Jitsu in his free time. He watches Better Call Saul, Boardwalk Empire, Sopranos, and The Office on TV.
