My sump pump failed in the middle of the night. I called the main SERVPRO number and hit the Lottery. Dave Kurzontkowski called me back within minutes. This was at 5am. He was at my house within the hour and personally started the water extraction himself until his crew showed with fans and dehumidifiers. Dave then went out and purchased a replacement sump pump and installed late afternoon. I could not be more satisfied and would recommend Dave and his Crew to anyone in need of water extraction, specific cleaning and then the post construction work.

An elderly relative had extensive water damage in his bathroom from old water pipes that had been leaking over time. The ceiling collapsed in as well. This all happened while my relative was in hospital. The SERVPRO team sent someone out right away to assess the damage, work up a plan and coordinated with the insurance company. The team was professional, courteous, and highly responsive. The work was great and they cleanup up everything when they were done. As the commercial says, "like it never even happened."
