G.M. Brian Lavery IICRC Certified
Brian Lavery is our General Manager. He has been doing construction for 18+ years and has been with SERVPRO going on 4 years. He has his certification in “Water Damage Restoration” from IICRC and his “Unrestricted Construction Supervisor” license (CSL). Brian is an exceptional carpenter and in his free time he enjoys woodworking and finished carpentry. He also loves spending time with his wife and beautiful daughter, along with playing his guitar and fishing. Next time you run into Brian make sure to say hi!
Leo Norton
Leo Norton is our fun loving Sales Representative. He has been working with SERVPRO of Chelmsford / Westford going on 3 years. Leo is in charge of our sales and our exceptional service department. Leo has worn many hats some of which include sales, being a superintendent of Regal homes of Florida and Dunkman Painting, and owning his own painting, renovation and repair business. In Leo’s free time he enjoys golfing, hiking, sports , and spending time with his family.

I don’t know what I would have done without Kevin and his crew. After a tree fell on our house after the first storm causing significant damage to the room and another impeding storm on the horizon I was worried. He came quickly and covered the roof so that our home would be protected. Nice job guys!
Thank you to Kevin and his crew for quickly responding to our home for tree removal and clean up. We had a tree fall on our home this past spring which caused damage to our roof and deck. They responded quickly and cleaned up the tree and covered or roof so that rain water wouldn’t come in. Thank you Kevin!
My house was full of smoke damage. Brian came in and evaluated the situation! Cleaned what could be removed what needed to be replaced. The project happened much faster then I expected!
