Sergio answered the phone at 9:30pm and got us in the queue for a clean-up the next day. Michael sent out Melvin and his team the next morning and they worked to pull wet carpet out of our basement, moved bins of belongings out of basement, then cleaned and disinfected  the area. Came back a week later to finish the job by removing drywall. Again, Melvin and his team worked to keep the dust down while they cut and removed wet drywall. Always helpful and friendly. SERVPRO of Cambridge did a fantastic job! Throughout the process Michael checked in by phone to see how things were going and to help out with moving the process forward with the insurance company. I can't recommend them enough.”

The SERVPRO of Cambridge teams are my heroes for sure! They were prompt and cleaned up my flooded basement in one day. It was amazing. They were polite and efficient. Sergio checked in on it for a few days and his team took care of everything. They went above and beyond in helping me clean up. The water and the musty smell are all gone. I would definitely use them again.

These folks are great - Sergio in particular - we had an issue with a water leak from an above apartment and they were able to come over the next day and help assess the damage, pointed out things I had no idea about. The following day they had all the necessary drying equipment set-up and we were well on our way to getting our house back in order. They also worked with the insurance company while explaining everything they were doing and why. This made us feel really comfortable that everything was under control. Sergio was the contact from SERVPRO of Cambridge/Belmont for our Condo Association following the damage we incurred from Hurricane Sandy.  I can't say enough about how much I appreciated his work and not only that, his compassion during a very emotional time.  He was very thorough with his assessment and review of the demolition recommendations for our building and came back 3 times to further review the damages with various contractors and insurance adjusters.  Sergio was easily accessible from his cell phone or the call center which was great as several people in my building were connecting with him on various questions for their specific units.   The demolition work was completed yesterday, on schedule and after walking into my unit, apart from a missing ceiling, I never would have known there was construction work going on.  They were very careful to cover my cabinets, granite countertops and furniture.  I didn't find one spec of sheetrock dust, which is something I was fearing given the amount of work that needed to be performed.  Great job to the entire team and I hope their recognized by their Management team this holiday season!
