Jake is our Vice President & General Manager and works tirelessly to build the best possible team for our organization. Over his 20+ years in the disaster restoration and indoor air quality fields, he has held Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications as a Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, Carpet Cleaning Technician, Mold Remediator, Air Systems Cleaning Specialist from the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, and also previously within the American Indoor Air Quality Association, a licensed applicator in state pesticides. In Jake’s free time, he likes to go to the lake with his wife and their three wonderful children. And he also enjoys coaching their sports teams.

Daury Medina is a Project Manager on our team. He provides assessments and measurements at property losses, and helps to manage a crew of production workers, ensuring all proper techniques and equipment are applied to get best results for customers' homes affected by fires, floods, and other damaging events. Daury has been on our team since July 2017, beginning as a Crew Chief and then became a Project Manager, priding himself on his customer service. Daury completed two years at a local college and now lives in Methuen with his two beautiful children. Daury loves hanging out with his family, playing sports, and relaxing in his free time.

Jonathan is a Project Manager and has been on our team since September 2019. Jonathan’s a leader in water damage restoration, understanding and explanation of insurance policies, and Xactimate. He has grown into this role and held positions as technician, crew chief, and assistant operations manager. He's also an experienced Large Loss traveler and has helped in numerous states during storm events. He holds Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Restoration Technician and in Xactimate Advanced. Jonathan grew up in Manchester, NH and his dog, Jaxson, is now our office mascot and can be found on our social channels. You can find Jonathan and Jaxson on outdoor adventures and they love to spend time with family.

Terrie O'Toole is the Executive Account Manager on our team. She has been with SERVPRO since August 2014 and has received Sandler Sales Training. Terrie has been involved in three home renovations; from design to construction and finally decorating. Terrie is a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks Charity Committee. Terrie has two sons and enjoys interior design, cooking, reading, the beach, and enjoying time with her friends and family.

Cameron Abbott is our Operations Manager, thrives coordinating logistics, and always has a sense of urgency on every job. Cam holds Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Fire Smoke Restoration, OdorControl, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner. Cam is from Manchester, NH and loves spending time with his girlfriend, daughter, and fur baby!

Hector Torres is a Crew Chief on our team. He manages aspects of job completion, customer questions, and crew performance while performing onsite mitigation of customers' properties. Hector has been a valued member of our team since July 2012 and has vast experience in all areas but particularly in demolition and general cleaning. He previously worked at a different SERVPRO and has also worked in construction. He has over ten years experience in this industry. He currently resides in Lawrence and loves to exercise in his free time.

Ismael has been a Crew Chief on our team since February 2016 and is an expert in demolition and cleaning. Prior to his position with us, Ismael was a machine operator and even played professional baseball at one point. He holds Occupational Safe & Health Administration (OSHA) certifications and is an Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration Certification (IICRC) Trauma and Crime Scene Technician. Ismael lives in Lawrence and has two lovely daughters and enjoys playing baseball in his spare time.

Samuel Martinez is a Crew Chief on our team. He is responsible for assisting the production crew in completing onsite services with professionalism and concern. Samuel has been a member of our team since December 2016 and worked for us as a technician before becoming a Crew Chief. He previously worked as a kitchen manager and lives in Lynn, MA.

Reginaldo Machado is a Crew Chief on our team. He communicates with customers while supervising his production crew in completing tasks to industry specifications and customer satisfaction. Reggie has been with SERVPRO since December 2008 and prides himself on his abilities to provide customer satisfaction, manage equipment, communication skills, and task following as directed. Prior to working on our team, Reggie was a cook at the Union Oyster House for 10 years. He has training in lead as well as OSHA. He lives in East Boston with his wife and their three children and he enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, playing soccer, and watching all sports.

Jose Martinez, Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Boston Downtown/ Back Bay/ South Boston, is responsible for managing the performance of a production crew as restoration services are performed for customers and clients. He is responsible for job completion with emphasis on customer satisfaction. Jose has been a member of our team since June 2016 and his expertise includes water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, fire restoration, and biohazard clean up. Jose lives in Lynn with his wife, children, and grandmother. And in his free time, Jose can be found working out or playing basketball.

Juan is a Restoration Technician has been on the SERVPRO team for over fifteen years. Prior to joining us, Juan was a driver and has also received his four year degree. He lives in Lowell with his wife, daughter, and son and enjoys spending his time with his family and learning about the United States.

Ricardo Suero is a Restoration Technician and has been a member of our team since February 2018 and has advanced expertise in demolition, sewage, and general cleaning. His prior experience includes positions in housekeeping, cleaning, and as a technician. Ricardo received his Associates Degree while in the Dominican Republic. He lives in Chelsea with his wife, their daughter, and their son, and in his spare time, you can find Ricardo playing basketball, dominoes, softball, and hanging out with his friends and family.

Gregory Tejeda is a Production Technician and joined our team in September 2020. Gregory does great floor work, demolition, carpentry, and even cabinetry and he’s certified by the Occupations Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). He lives in Boston, MA with his family and loves spending time with them at the zoo and aquarium.

Adrian Quininez is a proud resident of Windham, NH, and joined our team in 2022. As a Mitigation and Restoration specialist, he is driven by quality service and takes great pride in his work. Off duty, he cherishes relaxing with his kids and grandchildren.

Andrew Shefferman, from York, ME, became part of our SERVPRO family in 2023. He takes pride in being our dynamic Project Manager and he enjoys the outdoors with interests in camping and hiking.

Dan Martin, an esteemed crew member at SERVPRO, plays an instrumental role in our team operations. His unwavering commitment to his job has not only enhanced the efficiency of our crew but contributes a positive spirit within our team.

Jenn Hooper, a resident of Tewksbury, smoothly transitioned into her Administrative Assistant role at SERVPRO in 2022. When the weather allows, she loves to play mini golf, hit the beach, or get some strikes at the bowling alley. She's integral to our daily operations and we're very lucky to have her on the team.

From Lynn, MA, Jose Lantigua utilized his prior experience in construction when he joined SERVPRO in 2021. His experience is of immense value, providing a solid foundation for taking on any task that comes his way and makes him a valuable member of our team.

Julian Carrucini has steadily grown with SERVPRO since starting in 2014 and we're happy to have him on our team. A Lowell, MA resident, he attended a high school carpentry program which led him to his position. Apart from work, he enjoys exercising and hanging out with his son.

As an integral part of the dynamic SERVPRO team since 2022, Megan Bodman thrives in her role as a Project Manager Support Coordinator in Quincy, Massachusetts. She genuinely enjoys the rich teamwork environment of SERVPRO. Away from the office, Megan enjoys spending time with her family including 'snack-sneaking' from her children. Her playful, yet committed approach to both her work and personal life make her a cherished member of our team.

Nicholas Burtman joined our Tewksbury, MA team in 2021 as a Project Manager, quickly demonstrating his dynamic energy and enthusiasm for the job. Residing in Manchester, NH, Victoria started with SERVPRO in 2022. Previously associated with the pro contractor department at a big box store and accounting for construction companies, she now enjoys the familial spark at SERVPRO. Off work, she takes pleasure in reading, cooking, painting, and spending quality time with her family.
