    As the Franchises Co-Owner, Jeff Betz, wears many shoes throughout the business. His leadership continuously keeps the team on their feet in every daily activity. Jeff, along with his business partner Wilbur, acquired the franchise in June of 2005.

    Tim Neathery is the General Manager at SERVPRO of Central East Baton Rouge. He holds a certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. Timmy has also been through SERVPRO's ECTP training.

    In his spare time Tim enjoys watching sports, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife.

Jeff Betz and Wilbur McDaniels wanted to supply the South Baton Rouge community a proper mitigation company in 2011. The commercial business and residential homes in the area, including LSU and BRCC, could be in need of emergency restoration at anytime.
