I totally recommend these guys! I started a bath for my youngest son and completely forgot about it. Half of my home had about 2 inches of standing water. We knew they would take great care of us, and they did. They answered all our questions, set up fans and a dehumidifier and said they’d be back the next day to check on us. They showed up as promised. And came back on Sunday, as well. They made us feel very comfortable. I would use Jacob and Richard again without an instant’s hesitation.
Field personnel, Anthony and Tim, were very polite and helpful.
