Tim Credeur is the Commercial Business Development Representative and Commercial Large Loss Manager at SERVPRO of Ascension Parish. Tim's main focus is to assist our commercial clients with exemplary fast around the clock service. With years of sales experience Tim is also a Large Loss Coordinator and Storm Team Lead.
Tom Winnfield
Tom Winnfield is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Ascension Parish. Tom has a vast knowledge in fire and water restoration and has been a part of the SERVPRO team for over 20 years. Tom holds his WRT & ASD Certification through IICRC. He is also served as a member of the United States Army for 4 years.
Jayla Richardson
Jayla Richardson is our Job File Coordinator and Accounting Clerk. Jayla handles all documentation associated with each project and ensures proper compliance is met. She is currently an Active Reservist with the United States Navy and holds her WRT certification through IICRC.
Scooter McMorris
Scooter McMorris is the Warehouse Manager at SERVPRO of Ascension Parish. Scooter has been with SERVPRO of Ascension Parish for 5 years. Scooter handles our management of our warehouse and fleet. His immense knowledge and positive attitude makes Scooter and terrific member of our team.
Ken Snyder
Ken Snyder is a Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of Ascension Parish. Ken has immense knowledge and experience in running large construction project. He also serves as a Construction Manager on our Large Loss Response Team. Ken ensures that homes and businesses get rebuilt after damage and makes it "Like it never even happened."
Nick Donald
Nick Donald is a Reconstruction Superintendent at SERVPRO of Ascension Parish. Nick manages projects following water, fire and mold damages. He assists customer's in getting their customer's home into preloss condition. Nick assists in job quality, cost and job efficiency. His extensive knowledge in the construction industry makes him an asset to our company.
JD Normand
JD Normand is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Ascension Parish. He has over five years of experience in the cleanup and restoration industry and holds Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC) in Water Restoration Technician and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician. JD is our go-to for fire jobs, but he is available for all of your emergency cleanup and restoration needs.
David Anzivino
David Anzivino is Vice President of Construction Operations at SERVPRO of Ascension Parish. David's extensive knowledge of not only construction but mitigation makes him a huge asset to our team. David oversees our Construction Department and ensures customers are taken care of quickly and properties are back to preloss condition.
Jorge Matos
Jorge is a Crew Chief who has been with us for 2 years. He is WTR certified and has more then 4 years of experience in restoration.

Jason is a Sales and Marketing Manager who has been with us for over a year.
