Besides being licensed to perform mold remediation in Louisiana he has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician.
Brian Berlin
Brian is the co-owner/operator at SERVPRO of Alexandria. He has several years of experience as an insurance adjuster. In addition to being knowledgeable in Xactimate he is certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) in: Water Removal Technician.
Kelli Skinner
Kelli is the Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Alexandria. She has several years of experience in customer service. Her primary role is to dispatch jobs and stay in constant contact with our customers.
Gregory Pettus Jr.

Four years ago, Brian Berlin and John Morgan Brewer acquired SERVPRO of Alexandria with the understanding that Central Louisiana needed a reliable restoration contractor. Brian has a background as an insurance adjuster and John comes from a technology skill set. The combination of the two has allowed SERVPRO of Alexandria to grow with the current industry trends. Over the years, Brian and John have gained extensive knowledge on how different aspects of the business should be run effectively and is certified in all areas of mitigation and restoration.
