Anthony Roberts, Co- Owner of SERVPRO of Pulaski & Laurel Counties got his start with SERVPRO while in college as a Service Marketing Representative. He immediately felt a passion for the industry, and talked his Bride-To-Be into moving to London to start their own franchise in 2005. Together with his wife, he enjoys nurturing a culture for compassion towards their customers in their time of need. In his free time, he likes to cheer on the Kentucky Wildcats, and spend time at the lake with his wife and two sons. Tony holds several important certifications including IICRC Applied Structural Drying and IICRC Commercial Drying Specialist.

Julie Roberts, Co-Owner of SERVPRO of Pulaski & Laurel Counties began her SERVPRO career with her husband, Tony, in 2005. Originally from Nicholasville, Kentucky, Julie has both her Bachelor of Marketing and Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. Now residing in Richmond, Kentucky, Julie likes to spend her weekends with her husband and two sons out on the lake. She also tries to sneak in a horseback ride or two when she can! Julie had no clue SERVPRO even existed when her husband brought the opportunity to her, and now she said she can’t imagine doing anything else. While she jokes that in this business “everyday is a surprise” she loves being able to help people in their time of need, and work with her employees to create a place of employment that is not only fun, but also helps contribute to the community in which they are placed.

Travis Spurlock is the Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Pulaski & Laurel Counties. Travis has been employed with SERVPRO®; for eight years. He loves helping people and has spent the majority of his career in the military and customer service, adding to his commitment to serve. Travis has the following certifications: Employee Training Certification Program: Crew Training, Fire, Water, Carpet & Upholstery. Certified in Pesticide application. He is also IICRC Certified in Water and DryBook. Travis says this about his job, "I look forward to helping people in their time of need. Seeing the weight lifted off a customers shoulders and giving them peace of mind that we are there to help has always been my favorite part about my job." In his free time, Travis enjoys; golfing, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his family.

Paige Tussey is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Pulaski and Laurel Counties. Paige began her career here six years ago. She is originally from Prestonsburg, KY but now resides in Berea with her daughter. Paige has a Bachelor's in Marketing from Eastern Kentucky University. Paige says, "My favorite part about my job is getting to know the team, learning all the amazing things SERVPRO does for customers, and hearing wonderful results afterwords." Paige is widely known for her employee development, team building, and maintaining a positive culture. She is a part of several SERVPRO committees and is an SERVPRO Headquarters MVP nominee. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, spending time with her eight year old, and watching the CATS play!

Kelsey Goode is our Regional Business Development Manager. She started her career over seven years ago at SERVPRO®;. Her favorite part of her job is "working within her community to help make people's lives a little easier when disaster strikes." She has the following certifications: Employee Training Certification Program: Crew, Water, Fire, Carpet & Upholstery. She is also WRT certified. In 2021, she won the MVP award at SERVPRO headquarters. Kelsey was born and raised in Richmond, KY. She enjoys reading and going on walks with her husband and their dogs! You can find her volunteering with Bluegrass Bully Rescue in her free time, and saving all the dogs.

Jerry Taylor is a Production Technician, specializing in fire and water damage restoration, at SERVPRO of Pulaski & Laurel Counties. He has been employed with SERVPRO for fifteen years. Jerry has completed the voluntary Employee Certification Training that specializes in Crew Training, Fire Restoration, Water Restoration and Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. Jerry also holds a certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration in water damage restoration (WRT). Jerry’s favorite part of his job is being able to take care of our customers in their time of need. In his free time, Jerry enjoys cooking specifically grilling.

Heidi Drury is the Controller for SERVPRO®; of Pulaski and Laurel Counties. She just started with our franchise, but she has been in the accounting industry for over 25 years. Her first job at the age of 8 was entering accounts payable and receivables on ledger cards at a wholesale saltwater fish company when she would visit her sister for the weekend. That led to her love of accounting and numbers. Before joining SERVPRO, she spent twelve years as a controller for a local subcontractor in Gallatin, TN. What started as a part-time, temporary job became a full-time job.

She's excited to take those skills and knowledge to help both our team and customers' lives go smoother.

Josh Andrade is the Construction Manager for SERVPRO®; of Pulaski and Laurel Counties. He has been with us for almost six months. He has over 10 years’ experience in Construction Management. Josh and his team are quickly growing our construction division by leaps and bounds. He has a quick turnaround on projects and the ability to manage projects makes for a lot of happy customers.

Dalton Gossett is the Storm Team Manager for SERVPRO of Pulaski and Laurel Counties. He has only been with us for over two years now. He has a background in Safety and Crew Management, so it was an easy choice to have him lead our storm team. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, Dalton received a Bachelor of Occupational Safety Program. He also received a Minor in Fire & Safety Engineering Technology. Dalton enjoys playing golf with friends in his free time!

Tim McWaters is our new Business/Commercial Development Representative. Even though, he is new at SERVPRO®; of Pulaski and Laurel Counties --he has been in the business of sales his whole life. Tim started his career in medical device sales and working with surgeons on medical equipment. He values hard work, determination, and how you work when no one is watching. His favorite quote is "Don't put off tomorrow, what you can do today!" When he's not working hard at our offices; he loves talk radio and Bill O'Reilly. He enjoys gardening and boating, and playing with his dog Bo!

Bridget York has been with us over 2 years and has had various roles at SERVPRO of Pulaski and Laurel Counties. She started as the Reconstruction Project Coordinator on our Office Team and has recently moved to the Marketing Team as Marketing Representative. Before SERVPRO®;, Bridget managed a hair salon and was a hairdresser for 18 years! Her customer service skills are top notch. Bridget loves being at work, but her family drives her passion. She enjoys true crime novels and podcasts as well as kayaking and enjoying a cup of joe on her front porch.

Michelle Baldwin is our Receptionist- Dispatcher. She has been with our team for almost 4 years. Michelle's favorite part about her job is talking to customers and being able to help them.

Kimberly Adams is a Production Technician at SERVPRO®; of Pulaski & Laurel Counties. Employed with SERVPRO for seven years --Kimberly is originally from Hamilton, OH but now resides in London, KY. Her favorite part about her job is "helping fix people's lives after they have experienced a loss." In her spare time, she enjoys reading and cooking!

Angela Sizemore is a Production Technician is at SERVPRO of Pulaski & Laurel Counties. Angela has been working for us for over five years. Angela loves working with her fellow co-workers and helping make a difference to people. In her free time, Angela loves hanging out with her family.

Katie has worked with our Cincinnati, OH SERVPRO®; ownership team for 3 years, and has recently expanded her role to all territories in Team Roberts, Parsons, and Chaney. When she's not making aesthetically pleasing, humorous, or informative restoration content, she's doing data analysis and content management across the systems we use. Out of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her twin tabby cats and high school sweetheart. Her innovative and creative spirit help bring value to our growing community across our digital platforms and within our teams.
