Jason has been the Owner and President of SERVPRO of North and South Lexington and Anderson, Franklin, and Scott counties for the past 15 years. He acquired SERVPRO of Versailles, Nicholasville and Danville and SERVPRO of Bourbon, Clark, Harrison and Montgomery in 2017. He recently acquired SERVPRO of Oldham/ Shelby. Jason takes great pride in excellent service and ethical work. He and his wife, Jessica, have four children and are currently growing their family through international adoption. The Phillips formed Story Changers in 2014, a non-profit organization, that supports over 100 vulnerable children in East Africa. They reside on a farm in Jessamine County.

Jeff Smith is the co-owner of SERVPRO of Lexington and SERVPRO of Anderson, Franklin, & Scott Counties. He recently acquired SERVPRO of Oldham/Shelby Counties. He has been with SERVPRO for over 15 years. He spent three and half years with SERVPRO corporate in the Large Loss Division. In 2012 SERVPRO created large regional commercial teams called Extreme Teams. He then left corporate and oversaw the extreme team based out of Effingham, Illinois. He joined Jason Phillips as a co-owner in January of 2015. He has been married to Jill Simpson Smith for 21 years and they have 2 children together, Claire and Cameron. In his free time Jeff enjoys fishing and coaching baseball.

Larry Carter is the Executive Vice President of SERVPRO Oldham/ Shelby County. Larry has been in the SERVPRO family for seven years! He loves being out in the field while maintaining the relationships he has built with his customers for years. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, coaching baseball and spending time with his wife and 3 children, Kendall, Drew and Brayden.

Landon is our first Sales and Marketing Representative for the SERVPRO of Oldham/ Shelby franchise! Landon has been with the company since October. Landon graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Chemistry. His favorite part about the job is meeting new people and building relationships. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the lake and spending time with his family.
