Jason has been the Owner and President of SERVPRO of North and South Lexington and Anderson, Franklin, and Scott counties for the past 21 years. Jason takes great pride in excellent service and ethical work. He and his wife, Jessica, have four children and are currently growing their family through international adoption. The Phillips formed Story Changers in 2014, a non-profit organization, that supports over 100 vulnerable children in East Africa. They reside on a farm in Jessamine County.

Jeff Smith is the co-owner of SERVPRO of Lexington and SERVPRO of Anderson, Franklin, & Scott Counties. He has been with SERVPRO for over 10 years. He spent three and half years with SERVPRO corporate in the Large Loss Division. In 2012 SERVPRO created large regional commercial teams called Extreme Teams. He then left corporate and oversaw the extreme team based out of Effingham, Illinois. He joined Jason Phillips as a co-owner in January of 2015. He has been married to Jill Simpson Smith for 21 years and they have 2 children together, Claire and Cameron. In his free time Jeff enjoys fishing and coaching baseball.

Executive Vice President-

Larry has been with SERVPRO since May 19, 2014. Larry has his WRT certification from the IICRC. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, coaching baseball and spending time with his wife and 3 children, Kendall, Drew and Brayden. Commercial Marketing Representative-

Tyler has been in the industry for over 2 years in the commercial marketing aspect of things. He is a University of Kentucky graduate with a BS degree in Agriculture with an emphasis on natural resources conservation and management. He has been married for 22 years and has 3 children. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, other outdoor activities and making memories

Estimator and Auditor-

Linda works in the office handling our job files, estimates, and audits for our corporate accounts with insurance companies. She has been with SERVPRO for nearly 9 years. She is WRT certified by the IICRC. In her free time she enjoys gardening and bird watching.

Controller-

Emily has been with SERVPRO for 8 years. She handles customer accounts, invoicing, and other administrative tasks. She enjoys working with the customers and insurance companies. She is WRT certified by the IICRC. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her son Jaxon.

Marketing Manager-

Kendall has been with the SERVPRO team since July of 2017. She is a University of Kentucky graduate with a B.A. in English. Her favorite part of the job is coordinating events. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Jude.

Fire Production Manager-

Becky has been at SERVPRO for over three years. She is certified through IICRC in water and fire. Becky’s favorite thing about her job is getting the opportunity to help people. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the lake, hiking and camping.

Production Manager-

Travis has been in the restoration industry since 2012. He started at SERVPRO in 2016. He is ASD and WRT certified. His favorite thing about working at SERVPRO is meeting new people every day.

Commercial Marketing Representative-

Abe has been with SERVPRO since December of 2018. He is a graduate of Georgetown college. Abe is married to a woman named Kelsey and they have three children. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family and coach baseball.

Estimator-

Andrew has been with SERVPRO since August 2017. He is married with four kids. When he is not working, he enjoys being with his family and watching his children play sports. He enjoys his job because he gets the opportunity to help people everyday.

Job File Coordinator-

Jordan has been with SERVPRO since November 2018. Her favorite thing about working at SERVPRO is her awesome coworkers. In her spare time, she loves to watch Kentucky football and basketball, go fishing, and play with her dogs.

Estimator/ Project Manager-

Ryan started working at SERVPRO as a Mitigation Technician in January 2018. He now specializes in writing mold and bio hazard estimates. Ryan enjoys the refreshing environment and doing something different everyday. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, hiking and camping.

Office Manager-

Becca has been with SERVPRO since February 2020. Before working at SERVPRO, Becca was a pastry chef for 10 years. Her favorite thing about working at SERVPRO is making friendships and building connections. In her spare time, she likes to hang out with her husband and their dog, Theo.

Estimator-

Roland started at SERVPRO in September 2020 as an Estimator. He has a background in restoration and has worked in the industry for 12 years. His favorite thing about the job is being able to help people during a crisis. In his spare time, he likes spending time with his wife and three kids.
