What Is the Mold Remediation Process?

Our water heater leaked water all over the downstairs. We replaced the water heater and SERVPRO came over immediately on a Friday afternoon. They removed the carpet and set up humidifiers and fans for the next 4 days. Over the weekend they came to inspect the problem areas and finished up a few days later. We wanted to thank Patrick, Chris, Travis, Devon and Angel for all their hard work in getting the job done. Problem solved through knowledge of what had to be done and excellent service.
