I would like to give a shout out to Taz he did an amazing job. SERVPRO was here within 30 minutes of calling to check everything out and were back the next morning bright and early to rip out my kitchen that had flooded. Taz made sure to come back in each day to check on the dryers they had to set up and answer any questions we might of had. He made the process as fast and smooth as possible!

Sewage backup was awful, but SERVPRO's quick response, clear communication, and great work was so wonderful. They explained what they were doing and why then took care of the mess quickly. Easy to close out w/ the insurance company too. Really appreciate all aspects of the company.

SERVPRO of Leavenworth and NW Wyandotte County were absolutely sanity savers for me. I didn’t even know where to start, but they swooped in and my basement is saved. They were amazing!

Called them with a flooded basement and they were out the same day to help get it all taken care of! Very competent and pleasant to work with. Making a very stressful situation easier to handle. This was not something covered by insurance and I thought the prices were extremely fair.

Recently used Paul Goode and his technicians to clean up extensive water damage in our home. Their response was within a couple of hours. They were efficient, knowledgeable as to cleanup and drying out procedures, and most courteous. Have had no subsequent problems from mold, mildew, odors etc. Super job! Give them a call.

I was updated every step of the way during this great flood of 2022. Thank you to Brian Wiebush for your help with our basement. 10/10 would recommend if your basement decides to become an indoor swimming pool.
