We have used SERVPRO of Vincennes the past two summers to clean our carpets at Allendale CCSD 17.  They have done a fantastic job.  JonMichael Deisher has been tremendous to schedule the process with and the techs have been wonderful to work with in very hot and sweaty conditions.  I can't say enough great things about the job SERVPRO of Vincennes has done and the customer service provided.

I don't even know where to begin. My experience with SERVPRO of Vincennes was amazing. We had the unfortunate case of the flooded basement. From the moment SERVPRO picked up the phone I was greeted with great customer service and I felt like they really cared. We are quite a bit away from the nearest SERVPRO, but they came to my house on Saturday evening and stayed well into the night. They came back the next day to rotate equipment and they always had a smile on their face and were always so kind. They explained everything they were doing and always gave us the option to say yes or no to what they had planned. Hopefully I do not need this service again in the future, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call this company. Thank you for all you did and your quick response.

This SERVPRO is amazingly fast, they drop what they are doing potentially with their family(eating dinner,watching a movie,or anything) to make sure your emergency is taken care of as fast as they possibly can. They strive to be extremely conscious of your time and your life around the emergency. This makes their mission statement,"Like it never even happened." so true! Jonmichael Deisher, one of the production managers of SERVPRO of Vincennes, is very good with communication and his ability to be personable with what you're going through is incredible. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Vincennes to anyone!

Before we purchased our house, Danny Drewes of SERVPRO in Vincennes performed a home inspection. He offered top of the line services and knowledge while he checked our home and crawl spaces for mold or any preexisting water damage. He was able to find some mold that home inspector missed, and he gave us an estimated cost of removal. We are grateful Danny was able to catch something that should have been noticed the first time!

One year ago this month my basement flooded. My insurance agent stopped by and called SERVPRO of Vincinnes right away!! They were there the next morning early and they were there for the next four days with dryers and dehumidifiers and everything that they needed to make sure my basement was safe and not going to grow mold and I really appreciate everything that they did. Every day a representative ( Jon Michael Deisher) came to check on the success of what they were doing!! My basement looks great and is completely dry and I am so thankful!!
