We love traveling and lake time, and have built many memories while on the water.

It is my goal to provide leadership for my sales team so we can continue to provide the best service possible for our customers. In the future I would like to retire to Hilton Head with my wife.

I’ve been with SERVPRO since 2017. I love my job and get great satisfaction knowing we get to help our community pick up the pieces after a disaster strikes. When I’m not at work, I stay busy hanging out with my husband and 2 handsome boys, ages 8 and 15. We love our Chicago Cubs and try to get to a game at least once or twice a season. Hello! My name is Howard Maddox Sr. I have worked for SERVPRO of South Bend for 4 years and am a job-site manager. I have enjoyed construction my entire life. I love that I get to do what I am passionate about each and every day, and that I am able to help so many people at the same time.

Tom has been with SERVPRO of South Bend for nearly 2 years, and is a marketing representative. He has a history of decades in the business world, both leading companies, as a public servant, and as a marketing professional. His goal is to help in making the SERVPRO brand the highest recognized and respected restoration and reconstruction brand in the greater South Bend area.

I have been in the restoration industry for 30 yrs. With this experience, my goal is to help guide clients through the process of the claim, beginning with an accurate assessment and estimate of the loss. I enjoy working with the team at SERVPRO of South Bend and South Elkhart County. The entire staff are experienced, professional and courteous. In a service business these qualities are a must, driven by a desire to meet your needs at a stressful time.

In my personal time my wife and I are consumed with our grandchildren and the events they are involved in. I am involved in mission trips through our church and appreciate participating in these trips as I am reminded to appreciate my blessings and look for opportunities to share.

As Mitigation Manager for SERVPRO of South Bend, I am proud to lead our team of technicians that are available to help our customer emergencies day and night. Our mitigation team is the first line of SERVPRO professionals that help return your home or business back to normal. Our goal is to create a safe and clean environment after the initial loss so the reconstruction process can begin as quickly as possible.

I am the Reconstruction Job File Coordinator here at SERVPRO of South Bend. I see value in
the way that our restoration company is ran. This has kept me here for 3 years and counting.
When I am not working, I am staying busy with my loving family. We love traveling, vacationing, and attending sporting events.
I have several goals that I am working hard to achieve. I am going to commit to my personal
development, lead by example, and model faithfulness and dedication. The ability to manage my time efficiently and effectively to meet all company deadlines is another goal am working towards. I am the Office Manager for SERVPRO of South Bend and Elkhart. Working with this exciting and dedicated staff has been a great transition for me from having been in the sales and service business for over 30 years.

My wife and I have two wonderful sons and are just now getting accustomed to our empty nest. We enjoy sports and visiting Florida whenever we can. As the Office Manager, I will always strive to support our staff in providing the best customer service and assist our customers through whatever crisis and services we can provide.
