Bob Carlton is the Senior Project Manager at SERVPRO of LaPorte and Porter Counties. He has SERVPRO extending back to 1999. Bob proudly served his country as a United States Marine with a 4-year stint. His broad experience features many aspects of the commercial construction industry. Bob believes that in the restoration profession, customers need to be able to trust someone. He loves being that person and helping each one of his customers always pursuing customer satisfaction. Bob resides in LaPorte County with his wife of 18 years, Dawn and their three dogs. He is a huge Chicago Bears fan and participates in many sports. Bob loves to spend time outdoors in activities like camping, fishing, hiking, and skiing. He also finds plenty of free time to spend with friends, and of course his family. Jenni Alexander is our Sales and Marketing Representative for SERVPRO of LaPorte and Porter Counties. She comes from a strong sales background going back to the late 1990s. Jenni is also a Certified Respiratory Therapist. She likes meeting new people and spreading the SERVPRO story of success and how we help our neighbors. Jenni claims that the best part of her job is that every day she is learning something different and loves to educate SERVPRO clients what SERVPRO can do to help them. She has been married to her childhood sweetheart, John, since 1998. They reside in LaPorte County with their two sons. Jenni enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is engaged actively in the Kiwanis Club of LaPorte, and she loves to give back to her community. Jenni does hold the following certifications:

Scott Conklin has been involved with SERVPRO since 1996. He has joined our team and became the Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of LaPorte and Porter Counties. Scott has extensive experience as a carpenter going back over two and a half decades and still counting. He takes ownership of the work his team accomplishes leaving every customer with a smile on their faces. He treats every home as his own. Scott says that he likes helping people, during stressful times, to get their homes and lives back in order. He has been married since 2001 to his wife, Liz. They have a daughter and twin sons. When not working, Scott enjoys spending time with his family watching football...... GO BEARS! His sons challenge him greatly when they play video games together. Liz Conklin is the office manager for SERVPRO of Laporte and Porter counties and has been with the company for 12 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
