Our house burnt last October, and we were devastated, we didn't know what to do. We were bombarded by companies wanting our business, even the night of the fire, like vultures. We were referred to SERVPRO by a very good friend, so we called them. They came out and assessed the damage and discussed with us that some antiques and family heirlooms could be cleaned and saved. They gave us information on things we hadn't thought of or didn't know. Nobody is ever prepared for a fire, or know what to do first. SERVPRO was very cordial and friendly, they consulted with us before they made any kind of decision. After all was said and done we had several of boxes of items, packed, cleaned and labeled. Now how professional is that? If you find yourself in this situation (God forbid) We highly recommend SERVPRO!

I want to say Thank You for going above and beyond my expectations in every way. The trim piece on the door that was broken was all I expected to be replaced. You guys replaced the trim all the way around the door and it not only looks stunning, but will really help out this winter keeping the draft out of the house.

I had some soot damage from my neighbors fire. SERVPRO of North Elkhart County handled the process very professionally. They cleaned my house from top to bottom and removed all the soot. 

I had a house fire a year ago. My Insurance company had SERVPRO come and remove all my contents from the house. They did so in a fast and friendly manor.
