Bob Carlton
Bob Carlton is our Senior Project Manager for SERVPRO of LaPorte and Porter Counties. He has SERVPRO experience since 1999. Bob served his country in the United States Marine Corp for 4-years. He also has a background in commercial construction. Bob feels that in the restoration field, customers need to be able to trust someone. He loves being that person and helping each one of his customers. Bob lives in LaPorte County with his wife of 18 years, Dawn and their three dogs. He is a sports enthusiast and a huge Chicago Bears fans. Bob loves to spend time outdoors in activities like camping, hiking, fishing, and skiing. He also likes to spend his free time with family and friends. Bob does hold several certifications:

Scott Conklin
Scott Conklin has been doing work with SERVPRO since 1996. Recently, he joined our team and became the Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of LaPorte and Porter Counties. Scott has a background as a carpenter for over 25 years. He takes an extreme amount of pride in each job he and his team completes. He treats every home as his own. Scott says that he likes helping people get their homes and lives back in order. He has been married for over 18 years to his wife, Liz. They have a daughter and a set of twin sons. In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with his family watching football.... GO BEARS! He also enjoys playing video games with his sons. Scott does have the following certifications:

Jenni Alexander
Jenni Alexander is the Marketing Representative for SERVPRO of LaPorte and Porter Counties. She comes from a strong background in sales for over 20 years and is a Certified Respiratory Therapist. Jenni enjoys meeting new people and telling them about the SERVPRO way. She claims that the best part of her job is that every day she is learning something different and loves to educate SERVPRO clients about what we can do to help them. She has been married since 1998 to her childhood sweetheart. Jenni lives in LaPorte County with her husband, John, and their two sons. Jenni enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is an active member in the Kiwanis Club of LaPorte, and she loves to give back to her community. Jenni does hold the following certifications:

Liz Conklin
Liz Conklin is the office manager for SERVPRO of Laporte and Porter Counties and has been with the company for 12 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Aaron Lawson
Aaron Lawson has been the project manager for SERVPRO of Laporte for 4 years. In his free time he enjoys woodworking, playing with Lilly the dog and finding used vinyl.
