I was sitting in my car having lunch yesterday when I noticed two guys jump out of a SERVPRO van and push a stalled truck out of the road. You don't see people helping others like this all that often, and it took me by surprise. The side of the van read SERVPRO of Indianapolis East. So, I wanted to send you this email so you know your guys are helping others rather than just thinking someone else will.  

I was shopping at a big box store and when I came out to the parking lot I saw two of your men helping an elderly couple load their car. I thought that showed a lot of caring and I just wanted to let you know if I ever need your services I'm calling SERVPRO Indianapolis East. 

I own a small business in Indianapolis, and we sell oriental rugs. Unfortunately, our water heater failed and emptied the water, and my display rugs got wet. T.J. and his crew came out and dried, then cleaned my inventory. I really appreciate the hard work and professionalism of SERVPRO of Indianapolis East.  Thank you!

I had a frozen pipe burst under the kitchen sink. Once the water was shut off, SERVPRO came out and dried my house. They even did the repairs so that my kitchen is back to the way it was before this nightmare happened. Thank you so very much for being so easy to work with while my family was dealing with this situation. 

These guys are true pros! They cleaned up the water damage in my basement after my sump pump quit and flooded the basement. Kenny and the crew took great care of not only my basement but took great care of me and my family as well.

SERVPRO does a terrific job of cleaning and restoration. The entire contents of my apartment were damaged from water and mold. These guys handled it with ease. Everything was completely clean and restored in an incredibly short timeframe. Everyone was professional and very courteous. Highly recommended!
