We contacted Servpro after our basement flooded. They were at our house less than two hours later and cleaning up. We were impressed with how easy the whole process was, from working with our insurance company to get us the best result (completely new flooring), to being in our home while we were on vacation and everything in between. We are very happy with the final result. We also used Servpro construction services to replace the baseboards and install the new flooring. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was professional, helpful and efficient. We never expected the process to be so easy and we would highly recommend Servpro to anyone needing their services!
