Marilyn Hansgen
Marilyn Hansgen has been with SERVPRO of Vermilion County for almost six years. She began as an office assistant and began marketing in the last year. She is very involved in her family, church and community. Marilyn is also the owner and operator for Marilyn's Danceworks for the past 42 years. Marilyn and her husband, Gary have two children and four grandchildren. One of Marilyn's favorite hobbies is fishing.
Brittany Chavira
Brittany is the Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Vermilion County and just celebrated her 6th year here. She was initially hired on as a production technician in May of 2015, promoted to a Crew Lead shortly after in October 2015, and in February 2018 she was promoted once again to Assistant Production Manager. Brittany was assigned as Safety Manager in Vermilion County on April 2018 and in February 2019 she was moved to the position of Office Manager. Brittany has proven her responsibility, dedication, and hard work to this company from the start, resulting in her rapid climb here at SERVPRO. She is available 24 hours a day for any emergency service we provide. Her commitment to our customers is what helps us strive to always put forth our best effort on any job. Brittany has strong ties in the community and demonstrates great care and empathy to our customers that have suffered disasters in their homes and businesses. Brittany has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and is working towards Applied Microbial Remediation.

Avery and Andre were so very nice from the beginning to the end. It was miserably hot for them doing their work and they did not stop and did not complain and they cleaned up so very well each time. They were great and just wanted to make sure everyone knew that. I am in human resources at the VA and I know customer service and Avery and Andre are just the best!
